I would give this location 0 stars if I could. I ordered Penne Rosa with extra chicken with a message that I had a severe Shellfish allergy. Had I not put my meal into a separate bowl, I would not have noticed the SHRIMP IN THE BOTTOM OF MY BOWL. I would have died from this mistake. I checked my ticket only to have it read exactly what I ordered. This is absolutely unacceptable.

I would leave zero stars for today if I could. My family and I have eaten here before and it was great the first time, but today was absolutely horrible. My husband waited 45 minutes for our order among the man other people waiting for late orders and even after that I still had to go back up to the counter because the order was missing items and my food as well as my son's Mac and cheese were COLD. I think the downfall was understaffing and/or unqualified staff to do the work. The people seemed like they may have been unfamiliar with the serving process here and there wasn't anyone to help them. I want to be kind because of this, but this was also just horrible experience.

This location is extremely understaffed for being located in a mall. Extremely long wait times for orders (45 minutes for mine). Unprofessional staff that can't handle the volume. A Mac and cheese I ordered was cold. Staff preparing food with ungloved hands after taking payment from customers. I would caution people against attempting to order anything here.

Most of the food they have are tasteless and bland. There aren’t a lot of options to pick from and the food that I get that aren’t so bad are the Asian infused recipes. I tried their Mac and cheese with meatballs and I could only eat the meatballs. Mac and cheese had no flavor. Krafts Mac and cheese is way tastier than theirs. It’s a good place to eat if you’re really hungry

I was first given an undercooked Pad Thai with tofu. There was only two pieces of tofu in it. Once I informed one of the staff that it was undercooked, she offered that they'll make me another one. I asked if I could have something else, and it wasn't a problem. She took my undercooked meal to the back. This person was entirely sweet and understanding. I sincerely appreciated that. In the back though, I can see chaos as they heard that my meal was undercooked. Probably their job was on the line? I'm not sure. I simply wanted to address how their behavior can be mistaken for aggression towards me. (Such as speaking under your breath to yourself, whispering to other employees, and slamming objects around.) When I got my replacement order, the person who has handed it to me was very rude. (This person appeared to be he manager based on her attire.) She simply dropped the bag onto the table before me... I had my hands open to take the bag. I can understand if she's upset with her workers, but as a manager, it's important to be the prime example to her staff. My please's (for a pair of chopsticks) and thank you's were ignored by her. I can't help but think if I did something wrong with my body language or anything similar of the sort for her to misinterpret me. I understand how difficult it is to work at a mall food court. I wanted to express my gratitude. :/ I got to my table and ate my food quickly out of hunger. Midway, I realized that there was no tofu. Sadly, I couldn't address this issue since I was halfway through. I can understand how I can be accused of eating all the tofu myself. Noodles and Company has many amazing vegetarian options. Sadly, I won't be returning to this location. Undercooked noodles and a rude staff (manager, maybe?) is the reason why.
