Coffee is good and place is nice but geez can the employees be any more depressed or sad. They have not interpersonal skills and look like they hate their job. Lighten up and have some joy in your job.

This is my favorite Starbucks ever. I go here almost 5 days a week... I pretty much have perfect service everytime and the only time I don't get perfect service it's from the same person who I don't interact with often so one apple doesn't spoil the bunch for me here... They are very friendly and they make you feel good by simply remembering you and making simple conversation the best they can through barriers and face masks and proper food handling, it can be alot!! But they are great and I enjoy shopping with them!!

I went here one morning with the intent to get s Frappe. I wound up getting a breakfast sandwich as well... I waited about 15 minutes, at least 8 people got their drinks who arrived before and after myself. I'm not sure what happened but my Frappe was never made, and I had to ask for a refund and rush to work. I used to come here a lot with no issues, but since moving to a new city a few years ago, I only come to this mall once or twice a year. Somehow, every single time, the employees at the Starbucks get my order wrong. I work at a Starbucks, so it’s especially annoying when I can see the drink being made incorrectly. Most recently I came to do some Christmas shopping and I ordered a decaf salted caramel mocha with a dairy free alternative. Not only did the girl behind the counter use regular espresso and regular milk, but she had no idea how to make the drink. When I told her I had ordered salted caramel and not just a regular mocha, she had no idea what I was talking about, and added whipped cream and a whole bunch of toppings I did not ask for. At that point I feel like it’s common knowledge to offer to remake it or add the correct elements to the drink, but she didn’t even do that. It’s frustrating because they’re not well trained and no one is there to help them. I ended up dumping it out anyway, so it was a waste of money and 20 minutes of waiting time.

Relatively large size store and seem to always have a long line. Took 20 min to get the coffee with one person at the register and one handling the cold drinks and a third person making the hot drinks. Store was not easy to move around in due to the crowd. Plenty of seating including a long bench facing window. Good variety of side items and quick bites also. Staff was polite.

I am very unhappy with my service today. I ordered coffee via my Starbucks app, then went into the Starbucks to pick it up. When I got their my friend was in line and i stood talking with him while I waited for my coffee. My friend waited about 5 minutes in line, while I was there, and then ordered a coffee.
Even though I had ordered at least 9 minutes before him, he got his order before I got my order. I had to ask the barista if she had received my order, then she said, yes, here's your cup (it was empty), I should be making it next. I was not the only mobile order customer waiting.
I will not go back to this Starbucks because they do not take customer orders in the order they are received. Customers should not have to wait until they announce their presence in the shop before the barista makes their coffee.
I do not recommend this Starbucks location.

Would rate one star if I could. I’m not much of a complainer so I let a lot slide. There were multiple times where I could have complained but did not. I always think maybe tomorrow will be better but at this point I am sick of them. They always get my order wrong. Like absolutely always. The people working here always give off a vibe like you’re bothering them. So...I put in a mobile order today because my break isn’t very long and it’s important that I don’t spend too much time waiting or I won’t actually have time to sit and eat. So again, I submitted a mobile order then proceeded to pick it up. I got there and saw nothing in the pick up shelving so I stood there thinking maybe it wasn’t ready yet. Stood there for half my 30 minute break and no one said anything to me (also keep in mind, I ordered ahead of time). So now that there’s only 15 minutes left of my break, I say something. The guy relays the message to the girl at the cash register. She goes “Oh, we don’t have any bacon Gouda sandwiches left”. My thoughts are...okay. Knowing that...why would you not come over and inform me as you’ve seen me standing here clearly waiting. Like at this point I have no time to even eat anymore. Then she’s helping people in line because the line starts forming in the middle of me trying to figure out where my food is. Like you think I care about the people in line? I was here first and not only was I here first but I ordered AHEAD OF TIME. Unacceptable.
