Smoothies are good. They seemed too busy and rush orders just to have you wait. Smh. All wraps are served hot. I wanted a Caesar salad wrap.... cold! Told they have to heat the food. Pricing not worth portions. Staff not great at helping to assist with selections as a new customer. All I recommend is a Smoothie however you can probably get a better deal at the smoothie bars in the mall.

Reality hits hard when you realize the chicken sub option for southwest wrap is $1 in Florida and $2.50 in Maryland 🫠 same sandwich is $4.99 in Orange County while $7.99 in good ol home state 💸

By far the only place I have found smoothies made out of the closest thing to the freshest fruits (rather than juice or concentrate). And they are delicious. Ordering online is super easy an offer a lot of customization. Their chicken pesto flatbread is my go to with a mango, pineapple and spinach smoothie.

Smoothie and shrimp wrap was delicious 😋. Would appreciate a few bar stools or a bench to sit while waiting for the food to be prepared.

We recently went to the columbia location on dobbin road, to get the uasal smoothies and food items as we do. March 1 2022, i sent my 15yr old sibling in by her self to pay for the order which consist of 3 smoothies and 1 sandwich, she did not recive a recipe and she told us that the order was 30 dollars which seemed about right because that’s what we normally get. When i checked my bank account it said 56.67 dollars was charged, we were over charged so we decided to call tropical smoothie and asked them can they refund us back for 26.69 because we didnt get 56.69 dollars worth of food. They told us to call the bank and continue to mock us and at the situation. They continues to tell us they got “us” on camera but, she went in by herself and they also said she had a different hair style than the one she had, so we politely told them that it was not her, And we would like the difference back and we would also like to speak to the owner. They gave us the number and continued to mock us and the situation. It was the worst costumer service ive ever delted with in my life.

All I can say is Avacolada is the BEST and smoothest smoothie ever and staff is always welcoming with smile. Not grainy or sugary but perfect combo without bitterness I can't go a week without having this one thing! You can pre order at lunch time to avoid lines even though the crew whips the meals up pretty fast. My son loves the quesadillas. Hot, fresh made food!

It’s a pretty small location and doesn’t usually have the ingredients to certain smoothies. Might be the shortage, but other locations have them so I’m not sure.
