Really, really pleasantly surprised. Staff were wonderfully nice, facility was really clean. I got a burger and a lettuce wrap, and my 8-year-old got the burger sliders. I added on french fries to mine, and a shake for us to share. My burger was delicious, and my little one loved his food as well. French fries were great. Shake was delicious as well. A little bit costly, but at the end of the day, it was a treat for him and everything was really good so it was worth it.

We ordered the Bacon Apple Brie Burger and the Pretzel Bacon Cheeseburger. Both were really amazing! There was an actual apple slice on the burger. I'm not a huge fan of sweet and savory, but this was a really good balance. The pretzel bun was very soft and buttery. Super delicious.
To top it off we ordered an oreo shake. The chunks of delicious cookie were really good! We definitely look forward to coming back here.

I was SUPER EXCITED when I saw there was a BGR near me. I went to my first one in DC and the burger was one of the BEST I ever had. Today I ordered fries and a bacon burger. I immediately regretted my decision...the fries had no taste, no salt and bland...Bland... bacon burger was under cooked. Asked for medium well and got medium rare to medium with a burnt outside. Unsure if it's because of the location but I won't be going back to this one. Not worth $4 for fries and $11 for the burger.

My food was delicious...but lets get to the details. I almost gave them a 3 because of the time it takes to prepare your food also I had to ask for a wipe to clean my table. Most table needed a wipe down however this is a new location after I did receive my bacon cheeseburger with blue cheese added grilled onions and mushrooms an order of fries and onion rings I was delighted the food was hot the burger was great the bun was fresh the fries and onion rings were good. My order was correct.Now to move on to the specifics of what BGR the burger Joint has to offer they have a diverse menu including chicken sandwich and hot dogs. They in addition to a ground beef they have Bison Lamb tuna steaks. Tons of cheeses pepper jack swiss bleu to name a few. Sweet potato fries asparagus and more Great toppings. Definitely a place not ti sleep on. Everything I ordered was delicious. Also shakes....

Great burgers and crispy onion rings one word of advice though, order ahead. The wait was like 17mins. Definitely order ahead or use the app to make your order.

The people here were very nice and helpful with ordering for the first time and the manager went above and beyond when preparing my wife’s food and her dietary needs. 5 stars!!!

The tater tots here are always really great, and the hot dogs are cooked to perfection. Also, don't sleep on putting an egg on your burger because as the name implies, they do it up right! 🍔🍳

This was our first visit and the burgers were well seasoned and had a unique taste from the local competitors (Red Robin, Five Guys, Smash Burger, etc.). If you are in a big rush, I would suggest avoiding this place during peak hours as it may take 15-20 minutes to receive your order. Overall, it was a good experience and the staff was friendly.

The burger was overcooked & the fries under cooked. This place definitely doesn't compare with Cheeburger Cheeburger or even Five Guys. It's more in line with McDonald's or Burger King.

Amazing food. I created my own burger with just the mushroom topping and Swiss cheese which I must say so extremely delicious. The food is very reasonably priced and they have an awesome staff. I would definitely come here again!

I enjoyed my first experience at BGR. The staff was friendly and suggested the high school special for my son which is the same size as a legend burger but it comes w fries and a drink. I too ordered the legend burger. We enjoyed the food and hope to return to try the pumpkin milkshake while it's still in season.
