Latte tasted more like milk than coffee. Poor employee was overwhelmed. Waited over 30 mins only 1 employee working, felt bad so I drank my coffee milk. I don't blame the employee but the management. If you can't staff just close for the day.

The campus Dunkin' has fast, friendly employees. Today was national donut day, and they rocked with only 2 people behind the counter. I only waited a few minutes in line with about 10 people in front of me. Both workers were extremely friendly despite the increased volume of customers.
