Wingin Out

I ordered winging out delivery for the first time late last night on a whim to treat myself since I had a rough week. When it arrived, my partner unpacked it and we discovered that the staff had gifted us extra food since they were closing. I went from tired and frustrated to elated when we discovered they had thrown in a cookies and cream shake along side two extra sides and a can of coke, none of which we ordered. Not only were the wings amazing, but the staff made my week. They could have taken that food home to their families or thrown it out, but they opted to gift it to a stranger. Thank you very much, Winging Out staff, you made my week and now have a devoted customer ❤️

Used to be one of my favorite spots in town but slowly the quality of both the food and the customer service went down over the last year. Delivery times are almost always double what they say, the consistency of the chicken has been bad with often being over cooked or cold. If you order for pickup they usually don't start making the order until you get there and they often get things wrong. The worst part is the customer service though, they almost couldn't care less that you're there and they'll actually get mad at you when you bring attention to something that they got wrong.

They have signs all over saying their wings aren't frozen. They absolutely are frozen before you get them. Dry as a bone, under sauced and frozen fries as well. The ranch also isn't made in house. This place is filled with false advertising and the food speaks volumes louder than this review. Don't waste your money on scammers trying to make a quick buck off college kids in their downtown location.

The so called “manger” answered the phone when we called about our messed up order where they forgot our drink, fry, and got the wrong wing sauce on our order then continued to tell us to come back WITH the wings the next day to replace them. When we said we will come back right now because we aren’t waiting a whole day for the meal we paid for he hung up on us. Terrible service in the store and over the phone.

The food isn't bad, bud the customer service is awful. I had to wait 40 minutes the first time I ate there for a half-order of wings and fries, and only one other person was there. Then the manager slides the ranch across the counter to me instead of taking two steps and just handing it to me. Not the biggest complaint, but kinda lazy and unprofessional. The last time I went in there, the young woman working the front came out with an order and said my name and then snapped at me and said it wasn't my order but the other gentleman's. The gentleman and I exchanged puzzled looks, and he said that was obviously not his order, but he had also been there longer than me, so he should've gotten his food first. I politely said that was mine, and the young lady (very rudely) said, "Well, then take it!" I've worked in a public-facing job most of my life, so I understand it can be frustrating. But you're there to work and treat the customer with respect. I and the other gentleman were both polite as can be; we did not deserve that kind of attitude. Not to mention no one wears masks in there, and the cooks don't wear gloves. I will never go back. Apologies to those reading if you made it this far! :)
