Vida Coffee Co.

One of my favorite places to get coffee in Columbia. I love their butter beer latte and their sweet heart latte (white mocha and raspberry). The baristas are super friendly and knowledgable, and it's a great small, local business to support. My biggest problem here is I would spend all of my money here if I could!

Warm atmosphere, free Wi-Fi, friendly service and an interesting menu make this a great choice for meetings or studying! Fresh baked goods. A couple of unusual drinks that we enjoyed are the Smoking Gun Latte with matcha green tea and sweet heat (a ghost pepper syrup that's spicy) and a Cinnamon Latte with half a shot of the sweet heat. If you like tea, the London Fog has Earl Grey with steamed milk and vanilla, like a latte with black tea instead of espresso. Always fun monthly specials. Check the artistic chalkboard to see what's being offered. Be aware that you'll have to get a decaf Americano if you want decaf after 10 a.m. They don't brew decaf after that. It's a campus so most people want caffeine! Worth a visit!

Vida always has amazing costumer service. They don't hesitate to make custom drinks for their costumers and all of their drinks are delicious! The baked goods are superb! It's difficult to look at them and not want one. Despite having great food and top-notch costumer service the atmosphere of Vida is very relaxing, and it's quickly becoming one of my favorite hang outs in Columbia.

I love Vida Coffee. I am there at least half the week working on school work or relaxing with friends. They have a broad arrangement of beverages and coffee brews (decaf, light roast, dark roast, highlander grog, and a speciality brew). They also serve baked daily pastries and serve soup during the winter. It is conveniently located in the middle of Mizzou which makes it real easy to access from anywhere on campus.
