Insomnia Cookies

Usually great service and quality from them but last night ordered cookiewich and some cookies. The side cookies were old cold and hard. Not fresh at all. The cookiewich which usually comes with cookies separated and the icing in a cup. This was delivered 7 mins late. The cookie was premade and placed on a paper plate.

Finally something exciting in Columbia MO. One of the most friendly people near campus and student accommodation. They serve variety of fresh cookies with selection of ice cream. They are little bit pricey but the cookies worth your money. They are open till 3AM which is a plus. I recommend for people who wants to satisfy their late night cravings for fresh and warm cookies. And yes they deliver too...

Yesterday night, my boyfriend and I ordered delivery from insomnia cookies. We ordered two ice cream sandwiches. We had ordered one time before, and our food was nicely packaged, Cookies in a box, and ice cream in a side container. Yesterday, our order was an hour late. Which was fine, we are pretty low maintenance people, we would of waited two hours and not questioned it, but what was unacceptable was when we did get our order it was package horribly. The ice cream sandwich (well what once was ice cream) was packaged in paper wrap that was SOAKED with melted ice cream and the cookies were soggy. The driver knowingly dropped off the soggy package on our doorstep and hurriedly drove off. When trying to call, no one answered the phone at the store. We understand being busy, but next time keep the melted ice cream and cancel my order please.

I went here after a long night of studying looking for a snack. What i found was amazing. Warm cookies, cold ice cream all for a reasonable price. The atmosphere is cozy with the extent of the store being the counter and a few seats inside and outside. When you walk through the door you are greeted with the smell of cookies being freshly baked and a very friendly and helpful staff. If you are looking for a tasty snack this the place for you (the photo below is a picture of a moose track icecream chocolate chunk and m&m cookie sandwich which was only $6.)

I would give them no stars if it was possible. Ordered a cookie order over the phone for my son's birthday (His first birthday alone, mind you). Had to make special arrangements to have him at his dorm for delivery and they never delivered. They called him (not me, the one that ordered and paid for the order) and told him he likely wont get his cookies because the store was apparently closed due to no employees showing up for work. They would not know if he would get his cookies at all until the evening only if the evening staff decided to come in. Why would they take an order, a $40.00 cookie order at that, over the phone for a location that was not even open? In addition, not even call me to let me know so I had time to call someone else! Now my son will likely not get any sweet surprise on his birthday, soooooo disappointing. Never ordering from here again and I suggest you don't either. BTW...when you call in you get a corporate call center that apparently has no idea what is actually going on in the store. Chances are, this has happened before. I'm hoping someone calls me to make it right but I'm pretty doubtful. Thumbs down!
