Absolutely horrible experience!!! Took almost an hour to get our food. Manager/GM just sitting in the lobby not wanting to help his staff that was clearly struggling. Worst experience of my life with KFC. Only nice thing was the lady working up front (in training alone) who realized how long we had been waiting and offered us a coupon book and talked to us to keep us posted.

Great customer service from this location and food was perfect. I visited on the 17th around 130ish. Not sure who the woman was who helped us but service was so good we will go back to this place every time we are in the area because of her.

My Order was wrong. On order, not real friendly, on making order right. No ice for drinks. Staff, could be, much friendlier.

I routinely visited the nifong location not for the chicken (I prefer my own) but for the coleslaw. I've tried 3-4 times to make my own for sanwiches but never comes out as good tasting. However since their closing the location off stadium is my new slaw hook up. Same great taste, fast and friendly service, ample parking including handicapped and clean lobby now that it's open again.

When i went through the line i ordered 8 piece meal. The lady said they didnt have any wongs so she would put in a leg and thigh to replace . When i got home there were 3 wings in my bucket 2 breast 2 legs and 1 thigh.

My advice is going there at 11 at the earliest because even though it says the drive through opens at 10:30 you can get there as early as 10:25 and their employees will watch you sit there for 5 minutes before telling you it’s going to be an hour long wait till they open. And that doesn’t even compare to when I went there noon the time before that and they said they were closed till 2 and the employees were out front just smoking. TLDR: go to any other KFC then this one. I know I won’t be going there till they get a under new management sign

If you’re not selling Beyond Chicken, then take it off your menu. I don’t like sitting in a drive-thru line for 20 minutes (inside was closed) only to find out you don’t have what you’re advertising all over your building and menu.
