Very good food and customer service! In fact, I am of the belief that all of the in-shops, most notably the ones who work Saturday and Sundays 5-rush or 5-close should get a $5 an hour raise because of how superb their dedication to the company is!
Don't eat their food. Prepared with no mask. The whole Jimmy John's buisness does not require employees to wear masks. They have permanently lost multiple customers. This news is going to spread fast.
I ordered my sandwich and it came 2 hours 30 minutes later. After an hour of it not showing up I tried to call multiple times, but no one answered. After another hour went by I tried to call again, but no one answered. After 2 hours and 15 minutes of calling and waiting I finally got a hold of them.
I order Jimmy Johns at least once week and today was the worst day I have ever order! We love this neighborhood Jimmy John’s. The service is always fast and the food is always fresh. Sometimes if the person working the window is super nice he’ll sneak a piece of bacon out to my dogs. It definitely has us coming back. Keep up the good work guys.
Good cold sandwiches but for some reason the staff hasn't been very friendly the few times I have came to this location. Must be an issue with management or maybe they were just having a bad day.
Best Bread of any sandwich chain. Reasonable prices great sandwiches. And they will sell you day old bread for 50 cents before tax so you can make your own sandwich or garlic cheese bread what more can you ask for. Oh yeah they are freaky fast!!!
There has been couple of times where I ordered for delivery and it took them about 40 minutes to deliver. I live about 7 minutes away. Their delivery is definitely not that fast. Sandwiches are ok if you like them cold.
