Boo. Our party of 3 came in at 5pm & there were 3-4 other customers seared at the time, with no one in line behind us. Our order was taken & we went to find a table. The place was filthy, & we were hard pressed to find a clean table. Food scraps, crumbs, & sticky soda was everywhere. Meanwhile, there were at least 4 employees in & around the kitchen, chatting & playing in their phones. Once we found a clean table, 2 of our 3 orders arrived within about 5-7 minutes. This food was warm, but not hot. The third meal came out 15 minutes later & was warm as well. The food tasted all right, but it wasn't great by any means. There was 1 staff who came is out & wiped down 2 tables before returning to the kitchen. Other than that, the person who was doing the most physical work was a nice gal who brought out our food, & she was injured with her leg in an immobilizer boot, bless her heart. We won't be coming back here.

First time going here. I really enjoyed the Korean BBQ and Honey BBQ chicken wing meals. Very tasty! The fries are good, too. Son got chicken tenders and he liked them a lot. I plan on trying more of their menu soon. The Slim Sauce is a must for dipping! Cayenne Ranch is so good as well. ☺

I never go in to eat normally, but I decided to this time. I loved it. Everything is really clean and the staff was super nice. The bathroom was probably the cleanest I've ever seen in a fast food place. I felt really comfortable there and the chicken is insanely good. 😊

I have never ordered from Slim Chickens and not been happy with my food. I love that they're open later and their app was super easy to use. Their jar desserts are also delicious I suggest the brownie Sunday one. I've never really had to wait very long there either which is nice.

By far, my favorite restaurant in Columbia, mo...until last night. The food has been top notch every time I’ve been. I eat lunch here about 3 times a week.
Last night, my daughter and I came in around 7pm. Stood in line behind 2 others for 15 minutes because 1 person had an ongoing issue from the previous night. So the ONLY person up front to take orders was on the phone with the GM while we wait for someone to take our orders. Another employee ended up taking our order. Finally, 45 minutes from the time we walked in the door, our order is brought to us. The same lady(blue dreadlocks) that was on the phone with the GM, brings our food to the table, slides our bag of food onto the table, picks up the order tag and she DOESNT SAY A WORD TO US!!!!!! Basically threw our food at us, walked away and conveniently is nowhere to be found. It really sucks when we have such a nice restaurant ruined by terrible customer service. This is why I will not be returning to slim chickens. Hope this helps for the betterment of the company. 2 stars for the incredible food, 0 stars for the customer service. Just be professional, the kids are watching.

It is fast food, so don't expect award winning wings. In fact the bone in wings are extremely tiny. The chicken fingers are average with a lite breading. The sauce selection is outstanding. I typically get the Mango habenero which has a sweet then spicy kick at the end.

We waited 5 minuets at the drive through for anyone to even take our order. Then we waited over 15 MINUETS for a SINGLE chicken sandwich in the drive through! And there was hardly any other customers there. Not to mention they rang up the order wrong when we got to the window. The manager was very kind but the people she had working for her severely lacked customer service skills. Decent food but not worth a 20 minute wait.

This place is a must go to. We have a family of 6 we can eat her for less than $45. This includes 3 adult meals and 3 kids meal all have drinks that don't COST EXTRA. Food tastes better than most fast food chains. Friendly staff and This place is kept clean.
