Definitely not what it used to be. Had a salad delivered for lunch and it's definitely not a $12+ chef salad, even with inflated food prices. Has a ton of wilted/brown pieces as well as a ton of ribs and stems from the romaine. The toppings maybe equal 3 tablespoons if I'm being generous.

We love the fresh salads at McCalister’s and their tea is fantastic. I like the order from the table option now. Good times!!! At McAlister’s, their sandwiches are piled high, and our salads, soups and giant spuds are packed with fresh and flavorful ingredients. Find a new favorite or try a classic, all handcrafted just for you. The service was friendly and on spot. It’s always a treat to go to McCalister’s!

I've been to this McAlister's a handful of times and each time it is hit or miss whether the food is up to the same quality. Some times it is superb but others it can be merely satisfactory. I just wish it could be a little more consistent. Otherwise, we've always had good service there.

The baked potato: they were probably good when they were baked yesterday. Old dried out leftover potatoes are not appealing! Especially to someone who enjoys eating the whole potato, not just the less dried out inside. What happened to the huge fluffy ones we used to get? Now they serve two small ones....not the same.
The sandwich: The mixed lettuce should have been tossed out yesterday along with the old potatoes.
Any less meat on that sandwich and it could have been vegetarian.
It had been about 5 years since I had been in an area with a McAlister's, unfortunately time has not been good. What a waste of food that was.

This is one of our favorite McAllister's locations. Over the years, the service has always been great. Good food and consistent quality. They are so efficient that there is rarely much of a wait for dine in or takeout. Love their tea.

Delightful place! Countertop deli. Fresh sandwiches, salads, & hot baked potatoes.
Gluten-free bread available. AND of course: the best iced tea! Clean restrooms. Friendly staff.

THEY STILL DON'T HAVE THEIR CHICKEN AND DUMPLING SOUP ON THEIR MENU FOR DELIVERY!!! OR MENU AT ALL. IDK who I need to call but I have called the store multiple times. They have the best chicken and dumpling soup I have ever had and I have to go in to get it. My work orders McAlisters but since the soup isn't listed we chose something else. PLEASE PUT THIS ON YOUR MENU. I would order it so much and so would others!!
