They have a large menu that has both American and traditional Chinese items. It was odd that one of the dishes did not come with any rice. This would not have been noticeable if the dish was not overly salty. The customer service was pretty much nonexistent for the entire meal. The staff was not rud

House of Chow is the best Chinese place in Columbia. However, I'm leaving a 2-star review because of a poor experience. I frequently take friends there to show off how good it is. Recently, I was there with a group of six people. I was not told that I would be charged an 18% gratuity automatically.

Service is wonderful and food looks and taste delicious. They were about to close in 13 minutes, but still let us eat there. I highly recommend this restaurant. They'll make sure your first time will be the best time.
