Review Chick-fil-a - Columbia

Was there twice in 3 days. Brunch and Brunch. Day 1 - there were 2 lines WRAPPED AROUND the building but we wanted soup so we stayed. We estimated 18 cars BEFORE reaching end of building. Line moved fairly quickly. As we rounded building saw 2 people (1 in each line) taking orders. If paying with cash, you waited to pay at window. Ordered 2 bowls of Chicken Noodles soup, 18 count grilled chicken nuggets. At window, paid and received food (HOT). Still got when we got home. Everything was delicious. Day 2 - Breakfast Only had about a dozen cars ahead of us in both lines. Used ordering board. 2 Chicken, egg and Hashbrown burrito meals with Egg, Sausage, cheese sandwich on multigrain English Muffin. Food was immediately available even though we special ordered the burrito. Food was delicious. Time on day one was less than 30 minutes from start to leaving. Day 2 was 5-7 minutes total. Staff was professional, kind, friendly and constantly smiling. Have to go in next time. I apologize, we ate food so fast we neglected to get photos. On both cases, there we good sized propositions. MOST DEFINITELY recommend going. Great food, VERY FAST service (even with our special orders) and price is reasonable. 20220422 Breakfast-Curbside Pickup Ordered 4 Breakfast sandwiches (special order) from Restaurants parking lot. Pulled into Curbside slot after ordering sandwiches. Arrived in UNDER 5 minutes. Nice thing about the Breakfast sandwiches, I put extra in Icebox. Later that day or next morning, just pop the sandwiche in microwave for 3 -3½ minutes at power level 3 (I have 1200 Watt Microwave). The sandwich comes out warmed up ready to eat but NOT over cooked. FYI - Menu items are individually priced out so price for adding OR DELETING items is quickly shown. I tend to remove items so my cost is cheaper. Even so, the cost is reasonable. MANY places offer up charges for adding items (double meat, extra cheese, Et cetera et cetera et cetera). HOWEVER, Chick-fil-A is the FIRST Restaurant that DOWN charges (subtracts cost) when removing items (example, no cheese, no meat, et cetera ). WHAT a UNIQUE approach. BRAVO !!!

I ordered on the app on the way through town to have Chick-fil-A biscuit and a yogurt for the last time before I go to Alaska. I paid online. They charged me again at the window. I didn't complain because I was tired and just wanted to get back on the road. I got on the road. Bot only did I pay twice they didn't even give me my yogurt and they burnt my chicken!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at chick fil a not even close. First they weren’t busy at all and the drive thru lady is still trying to talk to me so fast like she just can’t wait to be over with it and I try to specify my order and she’s already done talking to me so doesn’t get it right. Then I get a cold and dry chicken sandwich which had me hugging my toilet all night.

NO VETERANS DISCOUNT! The first time I have been to a chick-fil-a and didn't get one. Everything else was fine. Super friendly staff

First time visiting one of these, now wish one was closer to our home. The food was good and our cashier was a Rockstar, being able to take another order while grabbing a forgotten soda and never missing a beat.

Good chicken. Good salad. Good sweet tea. Friendly staff. Got out order out fairly quickly. Definitely would come back here.

Stopped in for a cup of coffee to go. Staff was very friendly even with the large tour group we were with. Order was placed and served up hot and fresh.

You can't go wrong with the signature Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich-- crunchy filet, slightly sweet butter bun with a pop of dill pickle flavor! Also tried the cobb salad this time -- perfect lettuce-to-toppings ratio, fresh lettuce, tasty grape tomatoes, and chicken filet to top it off. We visited via drive-thru during a high volume time; very little wait, staff courteous, food fresh and temperature appropriate.

Way to hustle today! We like to dine in and the place was a mad house. Still, made it through the line in under 10 minutes and got our food shortly after finding a table. We even had a staff member ask us if we needed a beverage refresh. After enjoying our tasty-as-always lunch, we noticed the drive-thru line. Woah! There was an employee in a little tent booth taking payment from cars, two others taking orders before people hit the ordering stall, and someone delivering food to people in line. All this in addition to the regular window. No one waited an eternity to order and get food. Kudos to management for having creative solutions to the madness and having enough staff to handle the massive lunch rush. Big events in CoMo (True/False Film Festival this weekend) really bring in the people and you all stepped up. Way to go!

My first visit to the drive thru (lunch hour, too) and was blown away by the friendliness, swiftness and efficiency of the staff--four taking orders and another at the "paying cash" booth. Each one was engaging, professional, and made me glad I had this experience. Other local eateries could use their customer service model to good advantage! The food was great, too.

Jeremy does an amazing job running this location and he couldn't do it without his amazing crew 10/10 service, 10/10 customer satisfaction, and 10/10 on food quality and consistency! I would highly recommend this location to any one. HAND DOWN best Chik' i Have ever been to. From the food to customer service its all top notch!!!!

The Cobb salad was fantastic however it was missing the topping and kind of difficult to eat without any silverware. Please always include forks when serving the salad in the drive through pleasrn

The guy at the window today was very rude. Not at all what I expected from Chic Fil A. I’ll likely give Popeye’s my business from now on because they are always friendly.

The most embarrassing thing happened to me today. My debit card was declined in the drive thru. I had failed to complete the money transfer on my account online. They insisted I take the food anyway without paying. Your crew is such a blessing and I always receive the best service anytime I eat there! Thank you for hiring generous polite workers. Customer for life!

Even though they were extremely busy and crowded, I was in and out in 10 minutes! With smiles and “it’s my pleasure” of course!

Fast service, amazing food. I always have a great time. And even if it's not then they are not afraid to make it better.

Service was friendly and excellent as usual. My kids love the option of free ice dream instead of the toy.

The food was delicious as always! The young lady at the front taking orders was too busy giggling and talking loudly to another employee on break while we waited to give our order. During the process of giving our order she continued to interrupt us asking questions. If she would had waited a moment we could have finished our order and all of her questions would be answered. We felt as though she was not listening to us. Need to work on customer service with this employee.

I have to give Chick-fil-A a HUGE shout out!! Their system was down today so they had to take orders at the window. They asked for me to pull around and park to wait for my food. I go to give them my card and they say “lunch is on us today. Thank you for your patience!” I know I wasn’t the only customer they did that to. Their customer service has always been 200% in my book!!
