Sophia's is consistently our favorite Italian food in Columbia. The pasta is always great and they have a lot of fun sharing options as well. We also always have great, attentive service which is very appreciated.

This restaurant deserves a one star for being bluntly wasteful. The staff had made us the wrong order and said they would replace it for us. I followed up by politely asking what would happen to the wrong order and they told me it would go directly into the trash. It angers me that they would throw a whole plate of food out because the kitchen messed up. Furthermore, I do not recommend Ahi Tuna as it lacked both flavor and freshness. I am throughly disappointed and see no reason to come back.

Service was excellent, atmosphere was lovely! Perfect spot for a romantic date! The only reason for four stars: Online, their menu includes a Ginger Apple Gruyere Pizza, which is the entire reason we went to Sophia's. However, upon request, we were informed that this selection was only a special promo they had once and was no longer available. So, we ordered different food, it was delicious; the taste was well-balanced, and the portions were nicely sized. Overall, a lovely evening! But ... I still want to try that Ginger Apple Gruyere Pizza.

Sophia is a great pasta place to eat. Different takes on pasta with free bread and Olive oil and when you sit down. Great service.

My first time visiting was simply amazing for my husband and I. The hostess whom name I cant remember (sorry) which was from Mississippi was the most pleasant young lady to talk to. Our waitress Kaitlyn G. Was the sweetest , knowledgeable, and attentive young lady. The food was simply mmm...mmm...mmm and huge portions , try the Carmel Apple Martini ahhhhhh... so good

My waitress, Kathryn, was super warm and welcoming throughout the entire dining experience. The entire time I was at the restaurant, she had a smile and was always happy. She was the friendliest waitress I’ve had in a long time and she did an amazing job ensuring everything went okay. She made the perfect dining experience.

We used the last bit of our gift cards and I can tell you I am still not impressed. Once again, I am sure the owners are nice but a 15% take away charge? This is crazy. In top of that, all the vegetables for my vegetarian family were not cooked correctly. Maybe one day it will be right, it just won't be on my dollar. Cheers.

Excellent real Italian eatery... We enjoyed mushrooms 🍄 along with great pasta and some awesome cocktails... We are Italian food lovers and this researched restaurant did it tricks with excellent food and service. We definitely recommend this place and we will return...

Love Sophia's! Some of the best pasta dishes in town. Great wine list & super nice patio when the weather is cooperating. I've never had a dish I didn't like. Great brunch menu as well and very affordable for the quality you get, which is excellent.

My friend and I are recently ... I had a little bit of a hard time finding the restaurant .. Because the address was wrong on Yelp .. When we arrived we were seated immediately .. I love the decor and layout .. Although it took a bit to order and get our food .. Salad was a great portion and bread was amazing as were our entrees.. We both ordered the spicy chicken and sausage pasta without mushrooms and I added prosciutto ... What put it over the top was our waitress informed us we would get our entrees for half off! We will definitely be back again! Hopefully we will have room for dessert next time ! Keep up the good work guys :)

(Copied from posting this to Sophia's page directly and edited) Ok...I couldn't even finish my Raviolo Aragosta...but let me finish. IT IS AMAZING! I ate two of the large, seafood filled raviolis and just HAD to let you guys know how impressed I am! The tomatoes in this dish are delicious, and you can tell everything is so fresh! The mushrooms...sauce, ravioli pasta itself has the perfect tenderness, and the bits of lobster/shrimp inside....I can't even fully describe how perfect it is... This is my first experience with Sophia's, and sadly it couldn't be an in-house dining experience. I called, spoke with a very pleasant lady who took my order and informed me that my food would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I arrived a bit after that, knowing from previous experiences from ordering take-out at many other restaurants, that usually the food isn't ready to go when they say. It was ready, and still warm when I got home. I can only imagine how much better it could have been had it come straight from the kitchen to my table! I will DEFINITELY be returning. Thanks for an amazing experience Sophia's!
