Consistently below average food and speed at this location. Now it looks like they've finally stopped bothering to even cook the food, since my burger was bright pink throughout. Girlfriend got a coffee drink that had a slime mold in the bottom of it. Would rate 0/5 but apparently that's not allowed no matter how bad things are. No point going to a burger joint that can't even cook burgers.

This Location gets a lot of business, so the long lines is worth the wait! Food is freshly cooked and hot when you get it. This is by far the best McDonald's in the whole Richland County/Columbia area, so it's worth the drive for me.. I pass two or three McDonald's just to get to this one and customer service is awesome I love their attitudes.. I went there on the night shift around 10 👍

Only one drive thru lane opened.. Went inside WAITED awhile as well. Finally get my breakfast. Get to my office to eat idk why I waited so long because it overcooked,dry, & hard..(not made when ordered) Wasted money & time

Employees at this location lack of motivation, professionalism and poor customer service is pretty overwhelming. Absolutely not suited to be working at a high paced restaurant. Wasting time joking around with each other while customers are waiting for service, not taking their jobs seriously. Perfect location for McDonald's to send an undercover from corporate. It is that bad and serious!

If I could give this location no stars, I would give it, 3 negative stars. Too many problems experienced at this location. Literally went in with 4 people inside already. 1 eating, 2 mobile/door dash and 1 waiting to order. The one person waiting to order walked out because of the wait and I asked the other 2 waiting on their mobile/door dash, how long have they been waiting. One said, they are always slow and nobody ever check on front counter which both I've personally experienced multiple times but, yesterday was the icing on a filthy cake. Literally waiting with no one even trying to help besides one employee that said she would be with us in a min and I haven't seen her since. One mobile/door dash person got their food and was leaving but at that time, two young females come in and go to where you pick your food up. They asked one of the employees to get their mom and me thinking they wanted to get money from her, tell her some news or whatever but, what happens next, blows my mind. The woman(manager) comes up and asked what they wanted. She told them to come over to the register and proceeded to tap in their order. I threw my hands up and asked, what is going on? The other mobile/door dash customer asked, wasn't you waiting to order? I said yes I was. The woman looked at me like I was in the wrong. I understand that you wanna take care of your kids but, you're running a business and I'm sure they didn't have a thought of paying, did pay or if they did, I was still overlooked as a customer that has been waiting with no help in sight. My family and I, went right to Wendy's. This location will not go out of business without my money but, I guarantee that they won't see another penny of mine.

We waited longer due to the fact that we HAD to order through the kiosk, even though the lobby was fully open and operating. They didn't have anyone working the front counter and a couple working the drive thru. We actually felt more like a problem as opposed to customers. The nuggets were good though.

I knew I should have checked my order before I left! This sorry joint left me 20 Nuggets short! How do you miss 20? How do you eliminate complaints? Take the phone off the hook like this place.... but yall want $15 an hour tho... smh.

Not consistent! The fries should be a little greasy and Salted! Sometimes they're not. When McDonald's do the Fries Right, no other Fries can compare! CONSISTENCY!!
