I ordered wing tonight for my family. I am so glad that I looked at them, before allowing my children to dig in. I did not receive the number of wings ordered, and to make matters worse…much of the chicken had a lot of long feathers on it. In the pictures attached, what appears to be clumps of wing sauce, is actually clumps of feathers that I pulled off of a few of the wings before deciding not to eat them. I’m not sure how you could clean chicken but leave clumps of feathers.I am disgusted and will never visit Buffalo Wild Wings again.

I gave two stars because the first time we came we had amazing service. Our waitress was awesome! I wish I could remember her name.
Today was a completely different story. The inconsistency is the reason for the two stars. Today, when we got to the restaurant, there was one other table, already had their food, sat. We sat in a booth and ordered waters, drinks, and fried pickles. The waitress came over twice without even bringing water. I had to ask again for water for my kids after my husband and I got our drinks. The fried pickles came and we had already put in an order for my kids, which also came. We ordered our entree, just wings, before the pickles came out.
The waitress ended up bringing two wrong plates that hit our table. Meaning both those plates should have been tossed and not given to other customers (wasteful negligence). We ended up having to get the wings to go. Another server came over and said, “there’s only one cook back there”.
By that time, yes another table had sat and gotten their food. Three tables (one of which was already eating before we got there) and the cook can’t handle wings?! That is another reason for the low rating. If you are going to have an excuse, have the manager come over. Not a server telling us that ONE COOK CANNOT HANDLE THREE TABLES.
My husband and I both worked in the restaurant industry. That was unacceptable.

Order no appetizers just wings a order of potato wedges, and fries. Got our potato wedges first, then had to wait another 10 minutes to get the rest of our food. Wings were good. The "large" fry was definitely not a large. Was there for approximately 2 hours and we were offered no refills. My daughter wanted the ice cream and it was about a 15 minute wait for that. Overall we will not be back.

Floor was not particularly clean. Area around cash register was not clean/wiped down. Waitress taking my order was great. (Sofia) 20-25 minute wait time for traditional wings, carrots&celery, and Chocolate cake. Went to bar for a refreshing adult beverage. 5 minutes for bar tender to even acknowledge me. Ordered drink. 12 minutes later still no drink as she confirmed my order. I canceled the order. Back to register. Received traditional wings which I thought had my celery and carrots with blue cheese inside. (It didn't when I opened it up back at the motel room) Additional wait for the Chocolate cake. Finally out the door after paying plus a 25% tip. Enjoyed delicious wings but no celery and carrots and also NO FORK for my cake. Very disappointed. Will just order wings from Papa John's next time. Shame on you Buffalo 🐃 Wild Wings !!!

I never rate no place a 5 stars but they deserve it. We entered got waited on the seated us gave us the menu came back three mins. after that took our drink order was at our table in 5 mins. Then we ordered our food was done right real warm and it tasted great. Manager that was there waited on us. I haven't got great service like this so I give them a 5 for being great for the service and food!! Keep up the great work. I went there Feb. 1 at 1221pm. Thank you all and will see ya again!!

Wings are good at a decent price. But the customer service has really gone downhill lately. They've gotten my order wrong almost every time I've gone here lately.
But what's even worse is some of the employees complete apathy for doing their job. I had to talk to the to go order staff 6 different times before I finally got everything I ordered. The first guy didn't seem to care about my order at all, and claimed my order wasn't ready 30 minutes after it said it was ready online.
