Mcdonald's

Went in for breakfast and we waited for 15 minutes and saw people who ordered after us get their order. Asked the employees about my order and they had no idea what I was taking about. Had to give them my receipt for them to make it, because they just forgot about it. In addition, they said they were no longer serving hash browns since it passed the breakfast time, but they gave all the people who ordered after theirs… unsatisfied with the service.

30 minutes and still don’t have my full order since the ice cream machine is broken. Been making two frappes to replace the McFlurries for the last 20 minutes. Not impressed. Must be milking the cow for the milk to make them. Update… After 45 minutes I went into the restaurant and requested a manager who stated she knew nothing about the issue. The person who was supposed to be making the replacement drinks was in the back not making the drinks. When I requested a refund I was told they couldn’t do that, they had no way to. Finally got my drinks and spent enough time at McDonald’s that I could have had a nice sit down dinner with the family. Still not impressed.

Shout out to the McDonalds employee who was making sure dining area was maintained and customers were satisfied. Middle aged lady came up and asked if I needed anything, saw that I didn't have a napkin (could tell I needed one) and brought me some. She did not have to do that. Whoever owns this franchise should insert this woman and her hospitality into the training program. Sorry I didn't get her name but you go girl!!

35 minute wait time in line. And they did not pull over customers that had large orders that took 15 minutes a piece to fix we were wrapped around the building 20 deep instead of parking them and taking their food out to them. By the time I got two cheeseburgers here down from William Brice Stadium they were cold and no extra onions were on them.

Do not come here during the lunch shift. The breakfast shift and late shift seem to work pretty quickly, but the lunch shift does orders in batches. Normally I have to wait at least 20 minutes to get my order if I come during lunch, versus 5 minutes at the most at other times. I don't even try at lunch time anymore, i'd recommend bojangles if you need something soonish.

paid for a hash brown did not get. I did not get apples for my oatmeal nor was I informed about it until after I call with my complaints. Once I called making those complaints I was told that she knew for sure that she gave me Apple but then turn around and realize there was no apples to give me. I explained I should have been given that option to cancel that. No apology was given and I then had to ask her about what is done in this situation she was ready to end the conversation. She said it'd be refund if a receipt is provided if not Mgmt. does not allow refunds.

Terrible. Waited in line for 30 minutes just to be told at 10:30 that they aren’t selling breakfast anymore. Keep in mind that there were only two of us in the line. The manager was more concerned with the drive thru orders on the screen instead of the customers in the store. Terrible management on their part. It’s not like they were running 10-15 minute tickets. Will not be coming back.
