Please check your food to make sure that it is done!! I came through the drive-through and ordered popcorn chicken. I made it all the way home to find out that it was not done. My kids, who are toddlers, bit into some of the chicken as well. I called immediately to see if I could get a credit because I did not feel like coming back to the restaurant. The "manager" told me that this was impossible. I wanted my money back so I took the receipt and the raw chicken back to the restaurant to get my money back. The cooks came out and look at the chicken. No fault was claimed, but they did offer to remake my food... I was disgusted at this point and did not want anything else from this restaurant. The manager came up, said nothing, took my receipt and completed the refund. I will be furthering my complaint to corporate. Salmonella poisoning is serious and can lead to death.

The employees here seem more ready for confrontation when they mess up your order than they are willing to assist. Especially the guy with his hair loced. Training is essential and they need to learn how to apologize when they give customers the wrong order. Very disappointing when you can't get the bare minimum customer service. KFC employees are not doing us a favor by serving us, you're doing your job. So act like it.

Nice people/ employees. I was missing an extra side I ordered, and the chicken was soggy with the breader caking together from the chicken sitting on top of each other., I called they were nice I drove back 15 min one way waited another 10 min received fresh chicken and my missing side.
The chicken was pretty much the same...
I put it in my air fryer and made it crispy like it should have been.
The staff and manager were nice and thought they were fixing the issue.
I bet they use a henny penny frying pressure cooker... they are junk and a problem to keep up with and run.

This store needs a new manager. He didn't give us our receipt it took 30 minutes to get our food. Then the order was wrong. While I was in there waiting and get my order corrected someone else came in with the wrong order.
Y'all need to revamp the store they off my list now!

I had a grub hub service delivery from here there food quality is exceptional but they could work on giving there customers hot food instead of cold food but least to say it didn't taste bad but only problem I had it was just cold that's the only problem I had is I had to warm everything up but I'm not going to say I wouldn't order from here again but I would have to visit in person so I could make sure I get my hot food next time

Only customers in the drive thru or in-store when we asked for a 12-piece bucket meal. They ushered us around front and about ten minutes later sent three other cars around as well. Delivered all of the food to the other cars before coming back and saying they had no idea what I ordered. All in all I waited a solid 30 minutes for 12 pieces of chicken that were cold and missing most of the skin.

I ordered a pot pie and I found the entire thigh bone inside of my pie! 🤮 the crazy part is I didn't even really want that but there was a 15 minute wait for the new chicken sandwich.. I'm completely disgusted!

Extremely poor customer service on my 1st trip to this location. The employees obviously have no respect for management. Ended up going to Killian Rd KFC immediately after due to mistrust of the employees and an overall extremely poor experience. The service was ASTRONOMICALLY better. Please do better.
