Waited ten minutes in drive thru and when the drive thru person came from the back she stopped and hugged and kiss an employee and then I waited another ten minutes while observing the manager and two employees braiding hair on the front counter. No one is washed there hands before taking orders and giving out food on the front counter.

I ordered a pizza with NO RED SAUCE, and they added red sauce. They are making it again and they gave me a free soda for the wait. This has always happened when I ordered the pizza without sauce, however I love your pizza and Today 4/22/2022 the cashier and employees have been very nice. Please pay more attention next time. I love your pizza!

By far the worst little Cesar in Columbia, manager can’t even manage the employees! Lady informed me to move from drive thru to front of store because of the line, which is okay but after 45 mins I go in for the supposedly manager to tell me she told the cashier to tell me my food is ready but I all the did is come out to smoke a cigarette. I usually go to the decker location to get my pizza, but unfortunately it will be my last time. Amaury P. Who is the cashier drive-thru and her manager both presented bad attitude towards me by throwing down the pizza I paid for and the manager saying "I have enough of this" right infront of customers. I am shock and disturb by their action.

One of the employees on nightshift at Decker Blvd location in Columbia SC was rude because the door was locked and I had to get in to get my online order. I tried to get his attention and he ignored me and another customer. All he had to do was get another employee to come to the door. I am big on customer service and this is unacceptable for an employee. Luckily the other 2 employees did their job the right way

Great service, the young people takes their time and answering your questions and let's you know the status just in vase there is a wait. The Food is fair. I will come again. The place on Hardscrabble have higher prices, why???

This location has gone down hill like seriously!! The way they cut my pizza as shown in the picture and the way it taste makes no sense! Horrible spot to go and eat!

Got a Hot-n-Ready pepperoni pizza.
Quality was good, not great. But... Little Ceasars markets themselves as, essentially, the most fast-food, premade option in pizza - meaning a buyer knows what they're getting.
Service was good (I was acknowledged promptly at the drive-thru, warned of a slight delay for some pizzas, and rang up accurately/quickly).
I'd rate them at 3 out of 5 stars most days, but rating my experience today? I went with 3.5 (rounded up to a 4).
