The worst experience consistently with their drive thru. Every trip here is a time investment and this is supposed to be fast food. I ordered food via the app and have been in line for 25 minutes! It is quite atrocious.

Even with the wait due to the breakfast rush, the service was superb! Both employees at the windows were kind & friendly! Food was well made, hot and fresh! It was an easy hop off of I-77, and the return was equally easy. Kudos to the store manager and crew! Great service! I highly recommend it!

I picked up at the drive through. Order was running late... but the manager (Anna I believe her name was) was so courteous that I didn't even mind. She made sure my order was correct and fresh. I will definitely go out of my way to make that location my norm...

We had a curbside order. It took a bit longer than expected tk receive it but they were obviously busy and probably short staffed. The order was correct and hot. The young lady who brought the food out was very courteous.

I realize during this time a lot of restaurants are short staffed. However, a proper greeting is appreciated, not "What's your order?"
Otherwise, I see the workers doing the best they can while being short staffed (thank you all for ensuring fries are HOT).

Sat miss drive-through for a kid you not 30 minutes. They were only doing one lane and not the other one even though both lanes were open. I just needed lunch.

Horrible. Went here one year ago and after waiting 45 minutes without getting food, then waiting another 20 minutes for a refund, swore I would never visit this location again. Well, I forgot and swung by to get some ice cream for the kids. It hasn't changed one bit. The drive thru line moves about an inch per 20 minutes. Husband went inside, but same story. People were leaving the inside furious with no food as well. Never made it through the line. I will not go to this location ever again.

This is my personal favorite McDonalds location. They're always so friendly, organized, & delicious. Christina is a rock star on morning shift. I always love to get my breakfast while she is working. She seems like a great leader.
