Chicken sandwich was burnt. They didn't give a receipt. No ketchup for the fries. They were to busy talking to even hear the request for the ketchup and didn't even ask if I wanted ketchup. My husband ate half of the chicken sandwich. Before he told me.

Had a little mistake in my order, twice. Nevertheless, the manager was great and made it right. Nice clean facility and nice staff.

Food was good but the place was a bit disorganized. The staff for the most part is nice, but some don't appear happy to be there. It appears to be under new management and it shows, but not in a good way.

Went here around 915pm... There was ONE person working. He was making food and taking drive thru orders! And my food was so bad... He didn't even have time to make me a cup of water let alone a burger with more than 1 sliver of an onion on it. I'm not impressed at all.

Didn't open on time. Waited 10 minutes to get inside so we could wait with the rest of the customers. Why? Because we only say one employee trying to operate the drive thru and the front counter. The food was good except that the Cinnamon Raisin biscuits that they are famous for was at least a couple days old, had little icing on it and was still cold in the middle. We had to wait to get our plastic ware and cream and sugar for my wife's coffee. I will say that the one employee was trying her best to handle the situation but needed help.

Staff was nice but food was a big miss. Onion rings cold, and the big roast beef had one slice of meat... Correction there was 3 slices in that picture

I go by in the mornings on the way to work and I would say that about every 3rd order something will be wrong or missing from the order. (Usually a hash brown or the wrong drink, not worth going all the way back for) But, it is still frustrating, guess I need to check my bag before I pull off every single time. Other than that, the line is fast and the food is hot and seems fresh.

I’ve only gone to this location twice but both times there were issues. The drive-through line is long and when you get to the order screen no one ever says anything when you try to order so you pull up and then they just look at you like you’re crazy. They make you wait forever before they take your order and they aren’t even working, they are just socializing with each other. I didn’t even get food the 2nd time. After 3 hellos and no response at the ordering menu, I just drove off.
