This one the worst one to go to!! Never no hot sauce! Always new workers but each time they hire somebody else these ladies have very bad attitudes. Customer service just off. And they all have a nerve to be managers. Lol. Something has to give. And by the way the inside is always close due to it being nasty… went in today they told me the lobby was closed I see exactly why but I told the suppose to be manager I was only there to get my food replaced due to my chicken not being FULLY COOKED. Oh and it was a attitude about that. Treat customers the way you want your food to be made for you to eat. Treat customers how you want to be treats at these restaurants. It’s very simple. Exact reason everybody hiring and starting they own businesses.

The female cashier with the braids gotta go. Beyond nasty and obviously doesn't want to work there. Someone asked her about one of the menu items...she loudly replied "I don't eat it, but I've seen them ( other workers) eat it.🤦🏾♀️ One over on Two Notch worth the ride if you are able

the speaker for the drive-thru has been broken for months now it looks like they only accept cash only but Bill 20$ or smaller.
this is the second time this where I go and they don't have any chicken sandwiches.

The inside Ian closed but no sign on the door. The driver thru speaker board didn’t work. A sign on it letting you know to come to the window and cash only. The drive thru have holes all in it to mess up yourself tires and alignment on your vehicle. It really smells bad in the drive thru. The worker is dressed very sloppy to the point I almost didn’t order. Than they overboard charged me with my meal, as if I didn’t see what’s the price is and know what it was. Than they didn’t give me a receipt, which further proves the over charging and basically cash only. I didn’t argue and sitting here’s now for my food. I was told it will take ten mins for the tenders. The owner should feel ashamed to not have a store that is fifty and ran down. The owner should feel ashamed that they don’t pay their employees enough, so they feel like they have to steal or do something to that nature. In my honest opinion the store need to be tore down or remodel. This isn’t he only churches that exist on this side of town. Please do better

Placed an uber order for this place. I've heard good things from people. When the uber eats driver delivered it we were very disappointed. Ordered a 6 peice chicken. 3 white meat 3 dark meat. We received all dark meat. And only 5 peices. We ordered sweet tea cause some one recommended it. We received lemonade. they Also gave us fried okra instead of the jalapeño poppers. The Mac and cheese was really bad. Tasted very starchy . I can honestly say I will not order from here again. Nothing was good at all. This is The worst experience I've ever had. Save your self the hassle and just go to CHIK-FIL-A or Popeyes chicken.

Service here always sucks. The drive through speaker has been down for months. Lines are always long and the lobby still hasn't reopened

They did not do my order correctly and tried to blame my coworker because they thought she was a delivery driver. When they were corrected they then Said they would show a recording but then suddenly couldn't find the recording. They took my money, didn't give me what I ordered and then lied about it. This is the second time they've messed up my order and looking at the reviews I am not the only one. Never again.
