If you want your food on time don't order from them!! This is the fourth time my order has been 2hrs or more late. Was suppose to be delivered. Then they didn't want to give a refund when I had to come in and pick my order that was over 2hrs late!! Pizzas and pasta cold when I did end up having to come in today to get.

I've always loved the Supreme pan pizza. They are really stingy with the toppings. This time I ordered extra toppings and didn't get them. $40 for a pizza that barely had anything on it. Unfortunately, I'll never do it again. They don't have garlic bread anymore.

Worst customer service EVER and the food is NEVER on time! This is the second time I have ordered food and it wasn’t made right, even though the receipt had the order right, or my food was given away. Then the manager tells me that they don’t do refunds and I would have to wait another 10 minutes AFTER waiting over an hour for my food that THEY messed up! He did offer me a measly $15 credit for the ‘next time’ even though my order came to over $50. Please go some place else if you want good pizza and good service. MOD Pizza is right down the hill and I will DEFINITELY be going there from now on!

Placed an order online for delivery, I forgot to include the room number, and the order couldn’t be modified online. So I tried contacting the store, listened to the automatic greeting for several minutes before someone picked up and hung up. Called back again only to go through the same exact thing!!! Third time was the charm, after waiting on hold for 20 or so mins my call was forwarded to the call center, only to be transferred back to the store. At this point it’s been over an hour, the kids are sleep, so my first thought is to simply cancel the order (which also cannot be done when ordering online). When I finally got someone on the phone to provide my room number for the order, I got a text saying the order was out for delivery. The caller takes the information and the order arrives less than 2 mins later. The cinnamon bread wasn’t cooked, there wasn’t much seasoning on the breadsticks, and the Cinnabon icing that I paid for wasn’t included in the box. Money wasted. Probably won’t order from this Pizza Hut again.

Horrible customer service!! I've tried to give chance after chance and it's an epic fail. I've ordered for online curb side service 3 times, includinglast night. Each time, I'm waiting over an hour and nobody shows up outside. If I call, I get no answer. If I request delivery, it takes 3 hrs without notification. Then we didn't get ecactly what we ordered. I'll take my business elsewhere. I'm done!

I ordered 2 medium pizzas for ailing family members. The ingredients on the pizza (marinara sauce and pepperoni) was not sufficient for one pizza, let alone 2. I was disappointed in the product.

They took my order said it would be here in 40 mins. I called them after waiting an hour they said they had to talk to the manager then put me on hold. I was on hold for 10 mins hung up and tried to call back. They hung up on me 3 times without even talking to me . The worst Pizza hutt I have ever felt with

Worst Pizza Hut Ever! No professionalism at all. Apparently they just hire anyone who applies. Chick fila should give out trainings to other fast food places.
