I mean incompetent at its finest. They pull you up to the stop sign and throw you your food and the order is ALWAYS wrong. Imma get my refund and never return I mean do I have to ask for everything to be on my whopper that’s should already be included tf

VERY SLOW SERVICE. Food was not fresh. Impossible to hoper patty was burnt. Fries were not fresh. The microwave couldn’t bring them back to life. This location has Unfriendly staff. Except when the tall guy that wears the head wrap is there. He’s awesome & food is fresh when he’s there. But it’s not realistic for me to think I can just go when he’s there. So I have decided to go to a different location. I have requested corporate to give me a call.

Paid cash, no receipt given. Everything was too salty, oil obviously needed to be changed. Bacon was burnt, biscuits were over cooked. Had to go back in because part of the order was missing. And then the back🤦♀️ Seemed like only one person came in ready to work. She was good, but because the rest of the staff was too concerned on getting on break and not helping or do anything at all, no wonder our order was messed up and barely edible.

I was instructed by the 2 women behind the counter that i had to place my order myself at the kiosk due to short staff. They weren’t doing anything and were taking orders at the drive through. They didn’t get my business and wont from the crew i was with again. There was ample staff to serve their customers. Ice machine was empty and the restrooms were out of paper towels. Poor service, poor work ethic and you will get a better experience in any other dozen options in that area.

I pull up to the speaker and waited 2-3 minutes no one addressed me. So I said hello, because I was ready to order as soon as I pulled up and none ever said anything to me. He said one moment please, totally fine. I then wait another let's says 3- 4 minutes and say hello?? Thinking this man forgot about me, with an attitude says another minute please! I'm like I already waited 6-8minutes at this point! 10 minutes after pulling up to the speaker he finally takes my order!! I just wanted 1 whopper. Then I pull up to the first window where there is a gentleman standing there in a black t-shirt and pants with an attitude and bonnet on his head. He doesn't give me my total and just walks off with my debit card which made me very very uncomfortable because he just took it without saying anything to me and I can't see him processing my payment at the register. Finally he waves at me with his arm out the 2nd wi down for me to drive down. Doesn't say anything to me just hands me my bag with my food followed by my card. No receipt! He could've been stealing me card info!! This place really is the definition of unprofessional!! I believe every single of of these bad reviews!

The staff is fabulous. They food is wonderful. The computerized kiosk is a disaster. They don't offer you the same deals you can get in the drive-through.

They are serving trash and then gone act surprised no offer of apology nothing. Horrible service my whopper was ice cold and the bun was rock hard They had to feel it as they were making it. Trash pure trash.

Awful, Awful ...on lunch break..sat in line 20mins, cars ahead drove off geyvto window and they say only 2 people are working bear with me a few minutes. Waited another 10 mins..no response. Drive away to see no cars at window or waiting.. if you don't want to work! Stat home. BREAK OVER NO FOOD!
Sad not my 1st experience with this establishment. Just close down
