When you wait in line patiently and pay $8 for a quarter pounder with cheese meal and this is what you get. Not sure wth they're thinking over there. Not cool. Everyone please check your bag and each piece of food before putting the car in drive again. Fries taste good and so does the sprite.

Used the mobile order app for curbside pick up. It's supposed to be 5 minute wait time. I park in the mobile order parking spot at 6:06am.I watch several vehicles go through the drive-through. Finally, at 6:22 am, I go through the drive through to find out what is going on with my order. 2 sausage burritos and I hashbrown. I'm told pull to the second window. I pull to the window, and an employee rudely shoves a bag to me and then immediately closes the window. It's a good thing I didn't need to ask or say anything.. My food was barely warm. I will not go back to this location.

We went there twice today, once for breakfast and once for dinner, the girl who took our order in the morning was rude and was very short to us like she couldn't be bothered, it was NOT at during at a busy hour when we went in the morning, not sure as to why she was so rude. The cashier and the pick up windows were nice and fast, this is why we give 3 stars instead of 1. We went back again for dinner because we wanted the seasonal Shamrock Shake, we ordered through the app this time to avoid having to deal with the rude service, when we went and picked up the order, they told us that they didn't have the Shamrock Shake because they don't have the ice cream to make it. If there is no ice cream in-stock, why made it available on the app? If there is no available inventory, then take it out from the menu!

Woman at the drive through didn’t seem to understand what we were saying. We were picking up an online order and trying to order more, and she did not let us order more but then for some reason thought that we had a second order, even though she didn’t let us place one, so we had to go inside. Don’t know why the people working the drive through have no ability to listen.

They tried to tell us that the mobile app would refund us for our milkshakes they didn't have in stock. But I've been told by another manager they have to refund you at the register. Watch out and be weary of this locations integrity! They also give you 4 large cups of tea instead of a gallon which 5 of their large cups=a gallon. They add ice and try to Gip you as well!

We went through drive thru... they messed up first order left out a drink. We got a call to add food for someone else. We went through the drive through a second time, they again left off something. When we got to window to pickup the food, they asked if we ordered something we didn't. Then asked for the receipt.. then they asked us to pull to the pickup parking spot where we waited 10 minutes on the order.. And they left off a drink!! After spending 17 minutes at the place!!
I will never ever go back to Harbison McDonalds!!!

They were out of almost everything and they didn't even put it on the menu. Me and someone else ordered a sprite In the one I got had no flavoring in it it was just sparkling water. They had new hires there but they had no idea what they were doing. Honestly if I could get this 0 stars I would. They didn't even have any cookies left but again They never said that there were things that they were out of which should have been the 1st thing they did when we went to order. Awful.

Stopped in for breakfast and it was great. Shout out to the ladies who work here- they get it right. My order was quickly prepared to perfection. America = McDonald's!
