We placed an order on the Popeyes app because it gave us some free offers- a free 8 count chicken nugget and a free regular-sized side. I got a classic chicken sandwich and a family sized mac and cheese (to share!) on top of that. We picked up the order and it only took about 5 minutes from start to finish, so that was really nice and convenient! The food was good, I have no complaints.

I used the app for the first time and received a free chicken sandwich. I went to try the advertised mac and cheese - the container was only half full but cost an additional $0.70 with the combo. It tasted okay (not better than the competitor's). The tenders were small and flat like catfish nuggets.
Service was very slow... sloth like. When I arrived, my ticket hadn't been taken from the printer to complete. Ordering ahead is a joke if food isn't prepared until after you arrive and inform them of your online order. Customers were lined up for drive thru but the inside was empty. The restaurant was fully staffed but they were moving slow as molasses.

First time at a Popeyes and the food was good but the customer service was fantastic, thank you to the young lady at the register she treated us like family. She has fantastic customer service…. 😊

I asked for non-spicy chicken, and I got spicy, which I'm definitely not a fan of, but I will still eat it. Unfortunately it also had WAY too much salt on the chicken as well. I ended up throwing the chicken in the trash. It was flatly disgusting. I haven't been back. I love the non-spicy chicken from other locations, so this is definitely a location issue. I really hoped it would be better, since I work nearby.

If I could give zero starts I would, we used to come here about once a week and we will never be back. Manager on duty was rude, refused to give their name, and closed the restaurant inside early against what the online order said then asked us why we would dare place an online order for pick up inside with a line so long for the drive through. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a fast food restaurant in my life

Not good at all. The chicken sandwich was soggy, most likely due to the fact that the oil where was fried was old. You could see the dark color in the crust. The lemonade was good. In the drive thru the employee was not helpful at all.

Drive thru wait was very long, waited over 20 minutes. It was an hour before closing time and they were "out" of Cajun shrimp and Apple pies. Settled for chicken tenders which were ok at best. Generally love popeyes but this particular experience was not so good.
