Wendy's

Man look here, do yourself a favor and just bypass this location. I've been to this location a few times in the passed few months and everytime I go there, it's a problem. You can't eat in(to be fair, alot of places you cannot) but, they let their "friends" go in to hang out or order, the service is iffy, employees don't like to be asked questions, Sunday I couldn't get a receipt because the "receipt machine" was down(the employee said, I can take a picture of the screen and send it to you but I gave the employee my phone to take a picture of the screen, don't need my number)and........look at the multitude of fries that were received. The other order of fries may have had 3-4 more fries in the carton. Just terrible.

Went inside to order; there was a full crew at work and my order was taken and completed quickly and correctly. The fries may not have been as hot and crispy as they could have, also not enough salt, but the burgers and taco salad were each very good. Service was better than expected but the actual food rates only 3 stars.

Been sitting in the line for 15 minutes, have been told over the mic 4 seperate times (without me asking or saying anything) that they're doing a shift change. A shift change does not take 15 minutes and there is no reason to repeatedly scream it at me, I understand and I'll wait. This location always has something "broken" or something going wrong, don't even bother there's another Wendy's about 5 minutes away that is employed by people capable of doing the bare minimum of taking orders.

This Wendy’s is absolutely trash. The service and workers are terrible and don’t even try to do their jobs properly. They’d rather joke around inside than make food. Let alone make it properly. Had to wait in the drive through for over an hour as it was taking them 15 to 20 minutes if not longer to complete one vehicles order at a time. The dining room is closed so there should be no reason why it would take them that long. They had at least 5 individuals working as well. If you want your food done properly and in any way of timely manner, than take your money elsewhere where you may actually get the quality and quantity for what you pay for. As well as service that isn’t just outright rude and disrespectful

Was in line for 15 mins and didn't move an inch. So I backed out the line ( 6-7 card in front of me) and got out the car and was going to walk in since the billboard on their sign said dining room open and what do ya know it was locked. I think places lock doors since the pandemic to keep from doing their job. I understand now why this Wendy's never has anybody their when I'm driving by. Heck, I didn't even know it was there til this day.

I was in Columbia yesterday 6/5/22 and attempted to use the drive through to pick up a quick dinner. After sitting at the speaker box for 10min with no acknowledgment or service, I decided to drive around to the window to see if I could place an order there. I was met by an employee who spoke to me with a mouthful of food and he proceeded to tell me in a nonchalant tone that they were closed due to not having enough workers. As I drove off there was another employee outside smoking a cigarette. It was apparent that there were sufficient employees to make themselves a meal and take a smoke break but not enough employees to put up a notification that the restaurant was closed.
