Every time we go grocery shopping at Walmart we go to this subway. We've never had any problems. There is one worker I don't know her name, but she recognizes us every time we come in. Every time we need to go out and grab some take out, we come here.

This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. I asking the extremely rude young lady with red dreadlocks about cheese bread choices. She said she doesnât know how to answer that question. Ok so I asked for a vegetable sub on 6 inch on wheat. She is still mumbling about âall these signs in here and asking her questions.â I walked out. She ruined it for me going to anymore Subways. I know I should t judge them all by this but that really rubbed me the wrong way.

Okay so this is not my first time ordering for pick up, but this time kinda irritated me a bit. I ordered online wanting a chicken bacon ranch salad with pepper jack cheese, spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, green pepper, black olives, onions, ranch, and guacamole. Now with working itâs easier for me to order online then pick it up within my half hour lunch so I donât have to wait but holy sh** I have all spinach no lettuce at all no pepper jack cheese and no bacon.. of course my lunch is over now and I cannot go back to have it fixed but sheesh what I wanted was printed on the receipt...

Staff is unprofessional and could care less if you know it. I had a particularly terrible experience, so they knew it was me that completed a Subway review about how horrible the service is. The âmanagerâ really outdid herself with snide snide remarks and dirty looks when I went back in...proving my point. Sometimes the drive through window is open, other times itâs not. Iâm not expecting Chik-Fil-A service but I do expect the âadultsâ that work there to act like adults.

I went to this Subway on Forest Drive because online and on the door it says they close at 9pm on Wednesday. I was at the door at 800pm and the two staff members on the inside said they was closed. I drove a good bit out my way to get there, i even called before i left home. If someone would ha e picked up the phone to tell me there closed wouldnt have went so far.

I really enjoy my salad đ„ from subway but I wish they could add more meat which it was very good.

The WORST customer service. The owner does not follow up when customers have issues ordering online for his location. Subway's corporate customer service says it only takes a phone call from the store owner to have the online issues fixed. All around TERRIBLE customer service at this location.
