I'm giving 1 star because at least my fries were fresh. My mcdouble was old and should have been thrown out and not served to a customer. The young lady and the driver could definitely benefit from more training. How to talk to customers to be exact.

In my free time I also like to door dash, this individual establishment I've had both bad personal experiences along with bad customer experience for individual I have delivered to. On multiple instances I have wait almost an hour on fast food, for pick up and deliver, multiple time had items missing or not there all together. Had some very rude staff to deal with depending on the time of day. While the facility does look newer and clean. It lacks in all other aspects of professionalism. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Hours are not consistent the location says that it is 24 hours but and i ordered ahead around 10:30 and waited in line for a while just to be told they shut everything down and i couldn't get any food. I also had to wait in the drive through line longer because they had the doordashers wait at the window instead of having them pull into the spots designated for the drive through so me and others in the same situation had to wait for them to slowly receive their order. The woman who did speak to me at the speaker was kind so thatβs why Iβm putting 2 instead of one star.

Originally wanted to dine in, but they had all doors locked, even though there were signs indicating that the lobby was open. We didn't eat here. Later on came back to get soft drinks via drive thru. Lady on the speaker was rude saying, "stop your order! Stop your order!" This was after she asked for our order. We ordered 2 soft drinks. A tea and Hi-C... both large. The tea rang up as $1.49 before tax and the Hi-C rang up as $1. They claimed that all soft drinks any size is $1. Very disappointed that they don't follow through with that. Service itself was slow. They weren't busy.

This particular McDonald's most likely won't ever get a red penny from me again. Had to order from the drive thru because nobody was allowed in I guess. Ordered our food with the deals from the app and I gave the lady the code for what I ordered. When we get our food and the receipt, I didn't have what I ordered and they didn't put the code in either. They rung my order up all separate in turn, I paid more and they got rude when I told them, I didn't get the food that I did order. They gave me the sandwich that I ordered and the manager had the nerve to say, I gave you a free sandwich yet, I paid for it so how is it free!? The guy then told me to wait at the last window and someone would come out but, they never did. Customer service doesn't exist here just, rude employees and obviously they have a ring leader in that particular manager.

Terrible service! I called to tell them that the door was locked at 10:40am and the same woman hung up on my twice and left the door locked. I was being nice I work in customer service and I understand how hard it is but people should not be a bitter and rude at McDonalds. Her attitude was uncalled for and the least she could have done is told me that they do not have the capability to open the door or something. I would have left if my card hadnt been charged

We ordered a large coke and they gave us a large cup with some ice and a can of Coke. Didnβt tell us ahead of time or anything.
