The crew on nights at this Wendy's is terrible. My grandbaby couldn't even eat the nuggets they were cold, and hard. She bit into one and was like ewww nasty. They don't answer the phone at all. Like this unacceptable. The day shift is way better than this night shift. You can truly tell the difference.

We went at around noon on a Saturday, restaurant was very clean and service was great. Everyone was very kind. Food came out as ordered and was very good. At the end someone must have heard our kids asking us for ice cream because we were given a couple of Jr. Frostys! This will be our go to Wendy’s in this area from now on! Thank you!

I don't know what the problem was this time. They were just not good as they have been in the past. They did get the food order correct, but I had to remind them about my sauce for nuggets. I ended up not getting straws. The girl at window was not very friendly, almost acted like I was bothering her to do her job. By the way I spent over $40. Seems like I could have at least been treated nice and got straws!!

I ordered 6 biscuits and I said the dollar special and the young lady asked me did I want egg and cheese on it and I said yes ma’am she said anything else I said grape jelly. I had to wait for them to make it which is great that mean it was fresh. But I only got three with cheese and egg and three without. When I call telling a young man what went on he’s telling me he was there and he heard what I said. And he was kind of rude telling me to let him finish. Which I was trying to finish myself. He’s gonna tell me what I ordered cause he was there. And I told him what I said and he’s gonna tell me that’s not true and raise his voice. Now I’m telling him don’t talk to me like that so he just put down the phone and discontinued the conversation. They are rude and disrespectful and I know what I said and I know what I ordered. Teach your employees how to answer the phone. And when it doesn’t Go their way do not put down the phone and just stop talking very rude and disrespectful.

Don't eat fastfood much but today we had a lot of running around to do and stopped here by happenstance. The order was completely wrong.... ordered 3 spicy chicken sandwiches and none were spicy.... ordered a bourbon bacon burger, got another regular chicken..... ordered 1 large meal, all meals were small.... we were pulled up because there was a wait for the fries.... the fries were barely warm, not crispy and had no salt ..... utterly disappointing. Not sure why I paid all that money for them to give me dollar menu items, but Wendy's just made a HUGE profit off my family... it won't happen again.

They get your order wrong but they do fix it and exchange it for the right one. The food is always hot and the fries are outstanding compared to any other location.

I ordered a number nine with a double burger meal and a 6 piece chicken nugget and they only gave me five chicken nuggets and it was kind of hard but other than that the service is great

Good food for Wendy’s. The food was put together nicely, wasn’t smooshed/wilting/etc like you sometimes get at fast food.
