I was really disappointed with my visit. The guy working in the drive thru was very impatient and actually told me what to order. I asked him to hold because he's not listening to what I was ordering and he says something smart back. So when I get to the window and he FINALLY comes to the window, I asked what did he say. He then says, he was talking to another employee. Anyway, onto the next thing. They give me our food but, my order was wrong. I told the guy that they gave me a cheeseburger instead of a double stack. He then tells me to pull up because they were going to make me another one. Ten minutes later an employee comes out and ask what was I waiting on? So you tell me this whole time, nobody knew what they were doing or what I was waiting for? I told her I got an cheeseburger instead of a double stack. She then questions me and asks, are you sure because I made all of the burgers for your order? So I pull the burger out and showed her. She walks off without saying anything and goes back inside. She comes back out with a container that the cheese fries comes in and it has a single patty in it. She didn't even think to make another burger. I know you're probably like, why did I give 4 stars if all of this happened right? Well, this is why. So I called the restaurant because you cannot go in and asked to speak to the manager. I asked could she please come out and she said yes. She comes out and I explained to her what happened and she asked do want me to personally make you another burger? She asked would that be ok. I said if that's what you want to do, that's fine. I also told her that my food had gotten cold and she said, I'll get you another burger, fries and nuggets. I said well, that's fine too. She comes back out, gives me a bag and said, y'all come back to see us, if not, me, come see me. I said I appreciate her and her service. I opened the bag and she had replaced my burger and gave us each another order of nuggets and fries, all hot too. She didn't give her name but, she is the bomb. Wasn't expecting what she did.

Overall, this location is good. They even make a bold guarantee that their fries will be hot and crispy!
Unfortunately the past two times I went there, that guarantee didn't apply to the other food. I got a spicy chicken meal with was Luke warm, tough, and dry (both times).
Consistently will make this the best Wendy's in town

Normally not bad for me. Today service was slow, but they were busy, so okay. Fries were hot, but the burger tasted old. The bread was not good and the meat was not hot. Figured with it being busy would get fresh cooked food. But not meat that been sitting for longer then it should. Disappointed today, won't be back anytime soon. 😕

05/19/22 the female at the front counter was rude. No "how are you. Can I take your order". She just stared at us. The only thing she said was "what you want to drink". She didn't even read us our price. Lol! My husband's sandwich was two large/thick meat patties on a small bun w/2 pieces of bacon. He ordered a baconator. Fries were oily and mushy. If I owned this store I would evaluate the employees. I get it, it's fast food but these employees are collecting a (merger) paycheck and driving this location into the ground with terrible customer service and poor food.

Terrible service! I went through the drive-thru and the lady taking my order was very disrespectful. Her tone of voice and attitude was uncalled for. Especially when I didn’t give her any issues. I spoke with a manager and I still feel like my issue wasn’t resolved. I am so tired of dealing with rude fast food workers. It is an option to work there. As a customer I shouldn’t have to leave feeling this way. I don’t recall having a bad experience at this location in the past but I will make sure to never return.

I had an online order that that should have been ready that I had to wait in line for 20 min. And when I got to the window it still wasnt/isn't ready because I'm still waiting. The female asked me to pull up and wait on a 4 for 4 WHY! I Told her no And the only thing that the female in drive thru say I a can't CANCEL the order. These people really shouldn't be work. That female in the drive window really shouldn't have a job. I'm pretty sure she was the shift leader. This location is only taking 1 order at a time meaning once a customer order they will NOT take another order at the speaker until the other customer has there order and is driving off. That's what they do so their time won't be high smh. Its call fast food for a reason!

Just got back to work and was able to open my order.. the fries are good but this isn't what I ordered at all. Got a plain chicken sandwich with literally nothing on it but ordered the new hot honey chicken sandwich

I’ve never had a Wendy’s mess up orders as consistently as this one, go another 2 miles down the road to the Wendy’s that can actually run a business. They need go ahead and close this down.
