In line at Charley’s now. The line is backed up to the entrance of the Mall. They only have 3 people working and although they are working diligent, the line is moving slowly at best.
This Charley’s is notoriously slow anyway.
The food is always good however, unless they are empty, you’re going to have to wait at least 20-minutes for even the simplest of orders.
My recommendation is to go next good to Bourbon Grill. The food is great and fast and best of all fresh!!!

PLEASE update the hours on your app. I ordered food online via the app, got to the mall, and even though the doors were open, the person working informed me that they were closed. So now I have spent $30 and got zero food and there was no way to get a refund from the person working because they had already shut their drawer down. But I will be contacting corporate in the morning.
Update 6/20/22 — placed another online order at about 6:20pm because even though your hours say until 8pm, I know that is not the truth because the mall closes at 7pm. Anyway, arrive at about 6:35pm to pick up my food that I’ve once again paid for already and no one is there. The lights are out and they are already closed. Never again. So once again, I will be waiting 3-5 days on a refund since I paid for food I never received. Absolute joke of a business.

Let me start by the way they greet you. There is none trying to place a order and the cashier sticks her finger up at me with every word I say. She was beyond rude. Didn't get my order right. When my food was given at last the large lady with the blonde extensions had such a nasty attitude to customers and when I asked for stuff they didn't add to my meal they tried to charge me when I showed them my meal didn't have it on there all they could say was we don't put on anymore. Just overall as the first place on the food court as u enter the door and people are looking at you with an attitude of don't approach here I will not go back. I didn't get a receipt didn't even ask if I wanted one to let yall know what time not to come here. Save ur money there are way more places at the food court.

Ordered a simple order of an ultimate fries and a lemonade, and stood there and didn't get my order till an hour later while many had more complex orders that didn't take near as long after me.

I want to recognize the shift leader, Fannie! What an outstanding employee and person. We were waiting in line with my young son. My son is getting agitated waiting and starting to do those high pitched blood curdling baby screams. I’m trying to calm him when Ms Fannie appeared. She went took the extra step to make my sons night! During this crazy time in our world, I’ve seen less and less kind people. Fannie truly made my night. I hope the company realizes how good employees are so rare, and Fannie is valued as she should be!

So we waited in line almost 20 minutes to just place the order. Once we ordered our food at 12:31pm it was ready at 1:13pm. It was over 40 minutes just to make food. I wasn’t only one with this issue today. The staff was very slow and communication sucked between them. All the customers then suffered. Oh and my fries were cold and they put extra stuff on our sandwiches we didn’t ask for. Got two grilled teriyaki chickens and had tomatoes and pickles on it.

I'm not sure if they changed something, like the type or brand of steak they used, but it was not good. The staff was friendly; however, the cheesesteak sandwich was not the same as I had in the past.

I was shopping in mall and very disappointed in retail service and thinking that I should just continue shopping on line. I got in line@ Charley’s Philly Steaks#00520 and had best service in years. The employee was Fannie, very friendly & polite. My food was perfect even during busy time of day. Thanks for great experience
