This Chuck E Cheese was one we happened to stop through while on vacation. Was super clean, the employees were friendly and professional. The manager was the one who served us at the counter. He was nonstop checking to make sure everything was ship shape and operating well. He must have passed by us about 20 times in one hour. The food bar looked amazing. We didn't order but several other patrons had and there was a birthday party happening. My kids loved the games and we had an absolute blast. Thank you!!

I've been going to Chuck E Cheese for over 15 years and I love it, my daughter is now 22 and my oldest son 18, they didn't want to go with my 11 year old, they wanted to go to Dave and Busters but as you can see they had more fun than the 11 year old.

They are good. Pizza is better than it used to be. Only downfall is when we ordered the family meal pack and they gave us old churros. They were good tasting, but old and hard.

The pizza was great. Went there for my son's bday. Had an awesome time. The staff were real nice. They had one member there cleaning games the whole 4 hrs we were there. Great time at a great place.thnx staff

We were out of town and today was my child’s first time going to a Chuck E. Cheese. We spent over an hour on games that we paid to load a card for. When we went to cash in our points the lady at the desk plainly told my husband and I that she had 2040 points. Once she told us how many points there were I asked again just to be sure before I let my daughter pick out anything and she again said yes it’s 2040 points. So we picked out a 2000 item and a piece of candy. After picking out the 2000 item she takes us to a register and proceeds to tell us it’s $20. When questioned why we needed to pay when we were spending our points she whispered in the other girls ear and they smiled thinking something was funny. And then she proceeded to tell me she “messed up” and we only had 100 points. How do you get 2040 from 100???! And you confirmed it with us multiple times. But yet you could whisper to your co-worker and laugh about something regarding my family. We will not be back. Downright wrong and disrespectful.

We have been to several Chuck E Cheeses over the years and this is a great one. They have plenty of games for younger kids as well as older ones. And unlike several others the games actually give tickets. The staff have always been excellent and extremely calm! If anything they need a bigger building. We enjoyed the play area with tunnels and slides they use to have. Sign up online for great coupons!

My family and I visited your restaurant Feb 25 2017. I will start off by saying the staff was amazing, all 5 of them for a Saturday night -__- that's about the only positive thing I can say. The woman's bathroom was so disgusting, I wouldn't even let a homeless person sleep in there. On top of that only one stall had toilet paper in the stall. We ordered a combo number 4 which is two large pizza, an order of wings and 4 drinks, since you only had one employee in the kitchen it took forever to get our pizza and by the time we finally got our wings they had to box them up because we were leaving, to top that off they didn't even give us the right wings. It took another 5 years to get our tickets counted because there was only one working machine before I could finally get one of your poor over work employees to come fix the other two so we could get the line moving. To add the topping on the cake after waiting 5 years to get the tickets counted we then had to wait another 5 just to get prizes for them because there was only one person taking care of the hundreds of kids that were waiting in line. Please do better.

employee was messing around with some girls tongue ring in the ladies room meanwhile another lady was having a bowel movement with the stall door open. Pizza crust floating in the overflow near the drink machine. Games not giving tickets when they should. Filthy place wont be back.

This is the first time I've taken my kids there. I hadn't been since I was a kid or since my babysitting days when parents paid me to take their children. I found the experience to be quite stressful and chaotic. However my girls, 4 & 6, LOVED it!! It was kid Las Vegas to them. I found the women's bathroom to be poorly kept. It smelled of urine and all 3 toilets were dirty! ☹️ And we didn't really like the pizza (awesome that they have a salad bar option) but no one really goes there for the pizza anyway. OH and there was this awesome guy who worked there. He let my oldest daughter get prizes that were about 20 tickets more than she had. When it was time for the 4 year old to cash in she had a melt down Bc she didn't have as many tickets as big sister and couldn't get the exact same thing. But he gave it to her anyway!!

Awful experience. Customer service? Bad. Knowledgeable staff? NO! The "buffet"? Had no cheese pizza for over 45 minutes. Despite me asking the "friendly and knowledgeable staff" there wasn't any cheese pizza for about an hour. The chuck E band thing never worked. They were singing (mouths moving and playing their instruments) but no sound was heard. Smh. I inquired and of course the staff didn't know and told me it just plays on a loop automatically. So annoyed by this.

The staff at the front desk clearly did not want to be there. Our waitress was really really nice. And the lady posted at the door was extremely nice and well mannered. Whoever was in the Chucky cheese costume. Was constantly on the run and did not want to stand still and take pictures with the children. It almost felt like he was being forced to be out there against his will. The food was pretty decent. Probably won't do it again.

I used to love coming here, but as of yesterday that won't happen anytime soon. Management needs to be changed bc obviously whoever is managing that place needs to be replaced. Half the machines were not working, there were food and trash from other people left on the table.. Mind u we were there for 4 hours and it was there when we got there.. Just being cleaned up when we were leaving. There were only like 4 people there. The bathroom was disgusting.. There was trash all over the floor, urine and no toilet paper. I ordered our food and when the food came, seems like it was sitting doe a while bc it wasn't even hot. The ticket counter machine was down so only 1 was working and it took forever to get them counter since so many people were there. Then we had to wait forever for the girl to give my kids prizes. Y'all need to do better. Management need to hire people that want to work and hire people that will do their job and not be slack... There are children in this place and it needs to be clean at all times. I'm disappointed... I should have taken my child somewhere else and spent that much money, but it was my daughters 5th birthday and wanted to spend it there. Y'all need to do better.

Chuck E. Cheese is indeed a place where a kid can be a kid. But most importantly it's a place where an adult can be a kid too if s/he wants to. Chuck E. Cheese is the place to be!

Took my niece and nephews plus all 4 of my boys for my twins bday and it was over crowded under staff dirty and half the games didn't work or ate up my kids coins or didn't give them their tickets! We will not be coming back until this place upgrades! Should of read the reviews before coming!

The tables were not cleaned off from customers that had bern there. The pizza was not baked well enough and soggy. After complaining we were given another one. There should have been more personal too keep the place clean

If you are looking for a nice clean environment for your kids to eat and play and this is clearly not the place. It is a dirty place and the parents are limited to eating the same thing the kids eat. I would not suggest this place for anyone it need to be upgraded quickly...
