I ordered a 12 piece online and sent my son to pick it up. There was supposed to 3 wings, thighs, etc. I didn't receive any wings. They gave me a bunch of legs without any explanation or a choice. My son didn't check of course and they have the phone off the hook so I can't complain. That's just bad
I've been to this Bojangles 4 times in the lastv2 months. Each time the wait is horrible. There is nothing fast about this fast food. The staff is arguing with each other while the line is out the door of people waiting. Each time I've been there was a 30 minute wait for food.
Absolutely terrible. I work near here and every morning I ever came they always messed my order up and took longer than expected. Workers having conversations, sweeping, & chilling and going to their cars as if they don’t have customers to serve.

As the restaurant seemed to be in the middle of a "visit" by a number of area/regional/district managers, I thought the food would have been as good as possible...I was wrong.
Love this Bojangles. Food is always hot fresh and quick. The people are always nice and efficient. Got a biscuit there today and it might have been the best biscuit I've ever eaten in my life.
