Switched Cole slaw for extra fries didn't get them until I asked for it. Those happens every time. If this didn't always happen I would have give 5 stars. Their price increase is outrageous, and getting less food . To bad cause their food is good. Too bad

This location is just terrible. You will wait 10 to 15 minutes at least. Better check your food to because after waiting they are likely to give you cold food to.

Terrible customer service . No one in the store was in uniform and no one honored the core values . I came to pick up a doordash order and was told someone else picked the order up because it wasn’t on the screen . Then as I was trying to figure out what happened with my order , Bri (the GM) offered no solution and simply had an extremely terrible attitude . I was shocked when I asked for corporates number and was completely denied the information . I quote Bri Stenhouse “here’s my personal card and number. All they will do is contact me anyways.” I was clear in letting Bri know that I wanted corporates number because of the lack of service , rude attitude and no intent to resolve the issue . Her response once again was “they’ll just contact me”
I connected Doordash support and told them about the issue with the order “not being placed” even tho I had proof it had been . While on the phone with Doordash support team , they tried calling the store several times to verify the order and no one picked up the phone . I stood there for over 15 min and just watched them talk , play around and act like they weren’t at work . I have honestly never had such bad service in my life . I am a co manager , business owner , and dash on the side for extra money . I take customer service EXTREMELY serious !!! Especially during these crazy times .

Food was cold . Horrible customer service went today around 12. Cashier was ty my order was wrong and light skin guy at window is rude as hell! Slamming doors in faces no greeting or anything ! Definitely calling higher ups!!!

Very poor service sat at the window for 5 minutes watching the lady fix everyone in line drinks before even taking my payments and having a bad attitude the whole time, then giving me a drink with something black on my lid and my other Tea tasted like soda was mixed in it. I did not appreciate this and will not be back to this location for a while.
