Domino's Pizza

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered online for carry out. I got to the door and it was locked. I stood there for several minutes looking inside and knocking trying to figure out how to get my pizza. Then an angry worker was swinging his hands pointing to the window as if I’m suppose to know to pick it up at the window. I selected carry out for my order. So they need to post a sign on the door, leave it unlocked, or don’t allow that option online.

The person making the pizza messed up my order. I told him that it was incorrect and he ignored me. After getting my order incorrect and being ignored i was told i couldn’t get my correct order until the screen was cleared which is crazy! I worked for domino’s for 2 years and I’ve never heard anything like this.

So I ordered a vegetarian pizza at dominos a month or two ago that ended up having pieces of meat all over it. I submitted a complaint through their website and the local manager called me the next day to “apologize” and offer me a free pizza to make up for things. I called to cash this in today, and had an even worse experience. Not only did the woman on the phone sound like she was high, but she also had to call us back right after she had allegedly placed the order to read back what we ordered. She got 1/3 toppings correct...after correcting her, we headed to dominos to grab our pizza, again a VEGETARIAN pizza since I have been vegetarian since birth. The photos attached are photos of the pizza I got tonight, with meat clearly sprawled over various parts of the pizza. Since I’m a strict vegetarian for religious reasons, picking little bits of meat off a pizza isn’t an option for me. I’ve ordered dominos loads of times from different stores and have never had this issue. I will never eat at dominos again thanks to this store. It feels silly to have my first google review as a review for dominos, but this place and its employees have permanently turned me off from Dominos.

I’ve ordered from this location twice and both experiences were horrible. They cancel your delivery order because they never have drivers, but they never call you first to see if you’re able to pick up your order first before canceling it. On top of that they send an email saying allow 2-5 business days for a refund and if you don’t receive one by then to call customer care. When you call customer care they advise that this location isn’t apart of their franchise and to get in contact with the manager. The manager is sooo freaking rude it’s unbelievable. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all cost.
