The employees provided awesome customer service and the place was nice and clean. I gave them 4 stars because even though I wasn't interested in buying cookies the cookies wasn't freshđ« and the location is kind of in a bad spot, turning into the parking lot and turning out of the parking lot was hecticđ But besides that I'll eat here again and I'll recommend this place to everyoneđ

If I could do a no star I would! This place had the most incompetent staff of any fast food restaurant ever! I made an online order and when I got to the location I was told they had no online orders so there wasnât anything they could do. They say to cancel it but thereâs no way to cancel it. They basically told me I was screwed out of my money. They were rude and anytime a question was asked they would shrug their shoulders. They have me a number to corporate that didnât work. They wouldnât contact a manager. They wouldnât even make eye contact. I have never in my life been to a fast food restaurant itâs such rude employees who just walk away from the customer without even trying to help! This place is disgusting and all 3 employees working today on September 4, 2021 should b fired!!!

Ran out of spinach. Employees didnât out a sign up. Waited in line for about 15 minutes even though there was only customer in front of me. They made the sandwich and when it got to the vegetables theyâre out of things. Had I known that I wouldnât have waited. I left. Thereâs another subway up the road, and another around the corner, maybe they have spinach, or at least signs

The young man DJ behind the counter was great. He was polite and listened to my direction of how I wanted and what I wanted on my sandwich. Awesome young man I would hire in a minute but I operate out of Charleston. A little bothered that the location doesnât offer chopped salads as I have had two chopped salads at other subways this week. They also look like they are down to slim to nothing on the bread at 5:45pm and once they run out then they run out. That is a horrible way to carry on a brand leaving slim pickings to the customers. You should have every type of bread available at all times.

Decent food, but don't eat the extras in the little bowl they push on you because they charge A LOT for each of the little packets of pate'. Also, it took longer to get our bill than to get our drinks and dinner. Very friendly but ineffective service.
