Capital City Bar & Grill

The absolutely worst restaurant we have ever been to. Took forever just to get water and menus. Then when the food arrived my daughters food was cold, like it was taken from a refrigerator. The quesadilla we ordered was just nasty. Then to top it all off my wifes salad had a dead fly in it. How can such a bad restaurant be at such a nice hotel. Just shut this restaurant down and repurpose the space. The Holliday Inn should be embarrassed to have such a bad restaurant on its property.

When I arrived, I was seated and the waitress did not come over for about 10 minutes. There was one waitress and one bartender for about 17 tables. When I finally ordered my food it took about 30 minutes for the food to arrive. The beef patty in my burger tasted like charcoaled because the grill was not cleaned correctly. It did not have any flavor and it was not a juicy burger. The beer and cocktail drinks are over priced too. I would not recommend anyone eating here. If you want to drop $25 on 3 drinks and $15 on a burger go right ahead, it is not worth it.

This is the worst restaurant ever!! We were staying at the hotel and tried eating breakfast there twice. The place was dirty and disgusting, the service was none existant and way over priced for the nasty cold food we were served!! Even though the hotel was nice, we will be staying elsewhere during our 4-6 trips a year to Columbia because of the restaurant!!
