I left my phone at home which had my CarolinaCard and other cards in it, so I asked to pay in cash. The assistant manager had forgotten the cash tray today so she paid for my bagel! It brightened my day and I will be paying it forward today. Very understanding staff and quick service.

The employees are extremely nice! There is usually a wait, but that's to be expected when everyone goes. If they could improve anything, it would be to increase their stock of everything bagels. Mobile ordering is available sometimes, but it's often quicker to just wait in line.
First time here... I was a little confused because I ordered at one register and then was sent to another to pay.I ordered the avocado toast on an egg bagel. Efficiency does not exist. It takes about 30-45mins to get a $5 cold bagel with barely any cream cheese on it.
