Food was amazing as always, but customer service was downright horrible. Main cashier was very rude to my group, and looked like he didn’t care. Had a tone with one person as well. Have never had a bad experience like this at Jimmy Johns.

The guy making my sandwich was digging hot peppers out of the jar with his hands, he had gloves on but he was touching everything around him and putting his hands back on the jar. I was disgusted. He saw me looking at him and had someone else make my sandwich while he switched gloves.

It was ok. My turkey sub didn't have very much turkey on it. Mostly just bread. You couldn't even see any of the toppings unless you open it up. For this price, I want my sub topping to be hanging off the edge of the bun, holding on for dear life.
