This location's product just continually gets more and more disappointing, especially if you order delivery. If you pick up, it's usually okay. The staff is always very friendly. I will include a couple pics from my last delivery order. I didn't take pics of the burnt cheesesticks. Super thin interior crust that burns, extra thick raw dough with barely any cheese in a "stuffed crust" pizza. Without going into a full essay, there is no quality control at this restaurant.

I had a pleasant experience yesterday as I called the store to place an order. I called for my sister which she is Gluten Intolerant, to order one of the gluten free pizzas. I’ve ordered these pizzas before for my sister and she hasn’t had too much of a problem. But this particular time I called and asked if they could clean there station and use new utensils and the manager who spoke to me was absolutely helpful regarding how it’s packaged and made. Pizzas were great and service was good. I’m happy to give a 5 star :)

When I began to read some of the other reviews I was kind of taken aback but my experience was completely different. The day that I made my order there was a tornado warning, my kids had just gotten out of school early due to the storm, and I was stuck at home working remotely. I made my order and maybe 20 to 30 minutes later which was the exact time I was quoted my pizza had arrived warm in perfect condition and not only this, the driver had an amazing attitude coming out in that whether. I'm not sure what his name was but I'm pretty sure he was driving a pickup truck and I'd just like you to know that your customer service is greatly appreciated.

My husband and I got married a few weeks ago. For our late-night “send-off snack,” we wanted piping hot cheese and pepperoni pizzas in custom pizza boxes. We got some friends and conducted a blind taste test. The contenders? Papa Johns, Dominos, and two local pizza joints. Papa Johns won out unanimously.
When it came time to place the order, the management team at your store on 4464 Devine St, Columbia, SC 29205 was absolutely amazing! They agreed to use our custom boxes and delivered 30 pizzas on time the night of our wedding (I was so, so worried). On top of that, the team gave us a signed card and a $50 Amazon gift card! What a generous and unexpected gift!
The pizza itself was a smash hit. It was hot, delicious, and arrived at peak party time so everyone just went wild.

Definitely would take the previous reviews into consideration before ordering from this location. Waited over an hour for my food just to get it delivered cold, disgusting and completely ridiculous! To say the less, my pizza wasn’t cut, my sauce for my bread sticks were turned upside down. Both were extremely cold and stale tasting. Threw away both, 🤮 waste of $34 for sure!!!!

I ordered a double pepperoni pizza with a pepperoni stuffed crust. I paid $20, with tip 25. There was very little pepperoni and no stuffed crust. This a rip-off

I placed an order with Papa John's over an hour and a half ago, I tracked it and it said that it was delivered. I never received the order and asked to pay for it in cash when they deliver it. Call Papa John's and they told me that I had to place another order, I canceled the order because the lady kept insisting that I needed to reorder I said no please cancel. How are you going to deliver to someone that has never been delivered and never paid for and say it was delivered. Bad service.
