Wonderful cupcakes! My mom and my little sister and I came here since I flew out to visit! Wonderful guy at the counter is the husband of one of the ladies who works there! I love and admire that this is a family owned and operated business! The best cupcakes I have ever had! Moist and luscious, had it with a wonderful bottle of milk! Yum yum! Definitely recommend!! Please come and enjoy these wonderful cupcakes they have to offer!!

I thought this was a good place with good people. I took my son to get his birthday cupcake for the birthday club they have and the lady told my 4 yr Old he couldn't have it. We missed his birthday month by one day, that's right, one whole day, so therefore no free cupcake. Yes, it is stated in the email but I thought they'd have a little compassion since it was only a day and we literally could not come any other day sooner with my work schedule and his visitation schedule with his father. I had the email, my son was standing there very excited and she turned him down. What difference in income would it have made to give him the free cupcake that day or a day earlier? None. It was heartless and awful. I've been a loyal customer since they've opened and have made countless purchases there, and at $4/cupcake getting at least two each visit, that really adds up. Needless to say I will never spend another dime there, EVER. Anyone who can be that cruel to a small child over one day doesn't deserve to be in the cupcake business to begin with. They probably throw out more than that each day at closing anyway. My son literally walked out of there shoulders slumped and looking at the ground in disappointment. I was planning on buying four that day ($16 plus tax) but left with none after that.

Very good cupcakes and they are always pleasant when I go. I live in Irmo area and Bonnie's is a frequent desert stop on our way home. Huge cupcakes for a great price. Absolutely delectable :) Small, local business by a great person that lives in the community, so don't be swayed by feedback of not giving away "free food", as that a terrible business model. My family and I go, once a week minimum, and it's always a great experience.

This place is super cute. Pink and aqua walls, little bistro tables and chairs, and lovely ocean Beach scenes grace the walls. We went on a Wednesday and I was a little disappointed that there were only 4 flavors available, two of which were plain chocolate and vanilla. But then I bit into one.

Plain nothing! I cannot describe how creamy, sweet delicious these cup cakes were. Thank the Lord I started on a "plain" vanilla, if they had sold me a orange cream I might have died from a mouth explosion!
Do yourself a favor and make your way to this cupcake store!

GREAT first time experience. We just got one cupcake to split, and it was so heavy! (Very moist and flavorful!) we tried pecan pie this time, but I look forward to going back again because they said they constantly rotate flavors. We went 30 min prior to closing, so I was afraid it would be dried out from sitting out all day, but that was far from the case. I attached a photo too

They denied my five year old a birthday cupcake too! The email states at the bottom "Each member has until the last day of the month following their birthday to redeem the FREE birthday cupcake." We went in the first day of the month following his birthday that they were open...they're closed Sun and Mon. They said it had to be during the month of his birthday. The fine print on the email is very confusing and contradictory. And his birthday is at the end of the month and they were closed both days following his birthday within that month. If you're going to offer rewards or incentives, follow through and make the restrictions clear! Don't crush children's hopes over petty things! Have a heart!!
Just as a note, I stopped by a few months later for my birthday cupcake. I just wanted to see if they'd honor their offer this time. We were given it no problem. I gave it to my son. We will never return again and it won't erase what happened prior, but at least he got his cupcake.
