Chipotle Mexican Grill

First off, the staff here is extremely rude. They rush you along and if you ask for anything that causes them to have to break from the assembly line they're used to, they get annoyed. While I was waiting in the very long line to be served, I saw the cashier ring up orders and receive give/cash...then she proceeded to use the same gloves to prepare orders. Yes, she used the same nasty gloves in the lettuce and cheese. When I asked another staff member to let me speak to the manager, it turns out it was the manager that was engaging in that behavior (slim girl with long braids and bad attitude). I told her she used the same gloves for the money and food and SHE LIED and said she didn't. My sister who was watching as well said, yes you did we both watched you. She then flippantly said, "sorry". I reported it to corporate and they offered me a free burrito. They don't care. Buyer BEWARE.

Awful experience here. I tried to order on the app and it only let me use Apple Pay. So after perfecting my order, I find out that I can’t even purchase my order because I don’t have Apple Pay. So I have to call the store, and it’s an automated call order. This is just super inconvenient. I get to the store, and they not only tell me that they don’t have my order, they admit that they didn’t have any phone orders ready…. I tried to make this process easy with what options they have available and they made it nearly impossible. I’ve not only had trouble ordering, I’ve never had to wait this long at a restaurant like this in my life. I wouldn’t mind driving an extra 20 minutes just to go to a different chipotle

Anybody else notice Chipotle pricing has jumped about 50% in less than 5 years? Delicious meal today, friendly staff here too. Review is solely for the price gouging going on. Just paid $15 just for a chicken bowl, chips and guac. Part of that is Biden's economy, but someone is being greedy somewhere

My husband and I had a burrito and bowl today. Both looked very good, the ingredients looked fresh and high quality, however the taste was more than lacking. The white rice tasted like it had no seasoning or salt in it at all. The chicken was lightly flavorful but not enough to give the dish flavor over all. This isn't something we are used to at Chipotle. The restaurant was also quite messy / unkempt. I'd give a pass here if they were remotely busy however there were maybe 5 patrons in the restaurant other than us today. I hope that this was just an off day and not a regular occurrence. We don't visit Chipotle often as it's out of the way for us usually, but we look forward to our visits when we're able to eat here and today was just disappointing.

Really disappointed. We was three guys around 4 pm and the place was empty. After that we waiting five minutes before somebody to come and services us. All the people working there was listen music and talking loud at the back. Finally one girl come and tried to put her gloves around two minutes. On the top of everything she never listen what I’d say to her. Obviously because she was busy talking to another guys. Never come again at this place.Really disappointed.Ciao 🤌🏼

They have a new woman working there (small, older white woman) and she SPRINKLES the rice and chicken on your bowl. Just skimping on the portions. And when I asked her for more chicken, she said it’d be an up charge in my total but I’m not even exaggerating she RARELY put chicken on my bowl. How are you gonna charge me extra for asking for more when you’re giving me half scoops? Lol. The man who finished off my bowl did a really good job and was sweet and the woman who rang me up was just a sweetheart. But as far as that first woman, she gotta stop being so stingy with the meats and stuff, chipotle makes way too much money for that.
