Bojangles

I give this place 1star only because I was crazy enough and maybe hungry enough to eat here. The staff was so disrespectful they were cursing like they were at home. We were saying the manager must not be here but to our surprise she was and was leaving. She stated to the staff I'm off so don't call me. I told my husband we better leave now because if they act like this when she's here there's no telling how they will act when she leaves. Never again will I stop here no matter how hungry I am. Did I mention how nasty the place was. The guy team lead or manager that was there seen a bojangles box on the counter asked if it belong to someone looked inside saw it empty said someone needs to clean up then left the box right were it was and walked off. My husband made a joke this place is a glorified Church's Chicken. Greasy chicken, salty beans, cold potatoes. Never again I mean never.

I've literally eaten here over a hundred times. Seasoned fries with extra seasoning usually come with no seasoning lol. This location is pretty hit or miss, recently was told it would take 45 minutes if I ordered chicken?? Usually the chicken is great but don't count on the fries being good, you probably have about a 20% chance of receiving good fries, order a different side.

Just left this location. About 2:30. Trash on the floor when we entered. The manager took our order- not pleasant at all. It seems that we were a bother coming in to patronize the business. She announced to the other lady server- I’m going on break. The kicker is- we asked for honey and hot sauce. The lady who prepared our food said - no honey, no hot sauce without any reservations. She slid the boxes to us and turned her back as if to say, don’t ask me for anything else. I understand shortages- but do we have to pay these increase prices for substandard service and stank unwelcoming attitudes!????

Lock the doors often so you can’t come in to eat or order. Like this morning, people were in there eating but they won’t open the door. They close the drive through early. Most times they’ll watch you drive around only to come on the speaker and say they’re closed even when it’s still an hour before closing. Rude staff and unprofessional. While they’re taking your order, you can hear the other employees cursing and laughing. Need I say more! I only come because it’s a convenient location.

I cannot say enough how unprofessional the evening staff is at this place. Their attitudes towards me were a real turn off. I may never eat bojangles again because of this. I asked for a chicken supreme combo that I was told would take 45 min. If you go there after 8:00pm the staff will be sitting down in the lobby talking, joking and laughing whilst not a single employee is working. And then they will say our system is down or they might something like it will take 45 min to drop your 3 chicken tenders in the fryer.

The employees here need oversight and management, and at the very least, some kind of civility. I approached the drive through at approximately 7:00 p.m. As soon as I pulled next to the drive through menu, I heard someone mumble through the speaker. I assumed the drive through cashier was busy, so silently waited until she was ready. 30 seconds later, the employee stated that their system was down. I asked if that meant they were closed? She replied no. So, I then proceeded to ask if she would take cash, card or any other form of payment? She replied no. So I tried to clarify if they were closed or open for business. The cashier responded by saying "I already told you [racially discriminatory term], we are open." Never in my life would I expect to be called a racially derogatory term in a drive through line for absolutely no reason. As I pulled out to leave, I looked through the window of the Bojangles. Sitting at a table in the dining area were approximately five employees. One employee saw me looking and raised his arms in a threatening manner. I quickly pulled away to avoid any confrontation. It certainly wasn't worth the 3 piece chicken meal I hoped to eat for dinner.

Horrible service! I pulled up to the drive through at 9:22 pm. The person working the mic was playing around acting like it wasn't working. I said Hello several times before driving to the window. When I pulled to the window and asked if the mic was broken, her and another you gentleman were at the window looking very high, laughing at me and telling me they could hear me. They were laughing in my face and the girl said "Well we are about to close so we don't have anything left" Then someone in the background said "What does she want?" Meanwhile the high young lady and gentleman at the window proceeded to laugh in my face. I kindly drove off an proceeded to another establishment where the customer service is more pleasurable. This is the second time in a month that I have been greeted with very poor customer service at this particular Bojangles. It is only one minute from my home but I will gladly drive 10 minutes to get to the next one before I ever come back to this one!

Completely disappointed. Their customer service is downright horrendous, I went to order food and there was tons of commotion in the back (having their side conversation), confused about the payments, saying they could only accept cash then they could take card, and kept switching back. When it came to ordering food they kept mixing up the order, then after constantly repeating what I said she acted like she couldn’t hear me and gave me an attitude. Wouldn’t recommend going unless u can stand horrible customer service, also they were out of everything...
