Review Firehouse Subs - Columbia

After waiting for forty five minutes for an ONLINE order, my sub was wrong. Gladly I can say my Family’s was all correct. I promise you when I say I felt like everything was in slow motion today. When we finally asked about our food, the employee didn’t even care to make eye contact with us. A poor employee from Target was on her lunch break, waiting for about the same we were - I hope she got to eat her lunch.

They fast n friendly!!! Always got my turkey bacon ranch on point

Ordered two engineers with pickles on the side. The pickles were made with over-ripe cucumbers and the skins were inedible (thick and hard). Told the staff and got an answer that this was an exception (my luck). The staff gave four additional pieces to try. They all tasted the same. Firehouse should not have bought the pickle and given it to its customers!

This place needs to get it together. I put in an online order for pickup at 12:35pm on June 18th of 2022. I put the order in at 12:05. Thirty minutes to get three sandwiches done. I arrived in time and was told they were finishing it up. It was 12:37 at that time. They asked me ten minutes later what was wrong as I was still there with no order and I told them I was still waiting. We got our bag from the worker and he gave me someone else's order entirely! They didn't even have my order. The food was okay but it was subpar to the location closer to my home. I rarely leave bad reviews but this was an awful experience. The people were rude and had an attitude. Especially the cashier with the septum in her nose when I asked about my order. She rolled her eyes and didn't even try to be nice or kind. Will NEVER return to this location and I hope no one else does either!

Good food but everytime I come here it takes at least 20 minutes or more to make my usual order of 2 subs, even when I'm the only one there (usually it's only 1-2 people at a time Here now been waiting 23 minutes so far Definitely last time coming to this location

The guy taking my order didn't seem to interested in having me as a guest. He didn't seem like he was listening to me when he took my order.... When I got my food it came out wrong, which shows that he wasn't 😑 I love firehouse but I will not be back to this one 🥺

I recently had the pleasure of receiving my Free Sub for a promotion they were having. I totally enjoyed my sub. Customer service very friendly.

This particular Firehouse Subs every time I go there my order is made fresh on the spot and right even when they're extremely busy that kind of accuracy is hard to find nowadays it's still nice that they continue to help First Responders out the Italian sub is amazing but their Philly cheesesteak definitely gives a run for its money please check this place out it's a good sub shop any help local Hometown Heroes too

I love this place. Eat there at least once a week. Always order my Engineer because I do love my mushrooms. It is a great sandwich. The crew there is fantastic. They know my name and it's always so fun to interact with them. Their tea is some of the best in town. Real friendly atmosphere!

From the minute you walk in the door, you are welcome! Cashier was so sweet & the lady wiping tables was awesome too! And the Sub, well, that was AWESOME!!!

They were so nice and food was amazing!

I knew the owners of This particular Firehouse location through a previous Gf and have always had wonderful experiences. I must say that the food is always second to none, and the owners if not monitoring closely the operations of the locations, are often behind the counter working very hard to ensure prompt and delicious food. Tonight, I went to Firehouse in the Publix Shopping Center about 9:45 and was promptly greeted by a younger Lady employee. She was nice, but was very quiet and was ready to go home. The other Lady that was working behind the counter had her shirt tail out and was very tired and frustrated. I was making my order when I noticed behind me a small group of people. They were quite loud and had rough language. Several girls and 4 boys. I am pretty sure that they were waiting for their GirlFriends to get off of work. I was hungry but understood what time it was, so I left and ate my food in my car In the parking lot. As soon as I walked out the door at 9:52 they shut the door firmly behind me and locked it. The table of 5-7 teenagers were still inside and stayed inside while the employees worked. I guess it rubbed me the wrong way because I have been there multiple times at 9:50, 9:49..etc when the door was locked and the lights were being shut off. On a side note: the food was absolutely amazing and fresh and piping hot like always!
