Highly disappointed and upset. Went to this cookout location after a long day at work; and actually went out of my way to get there…. As you can see, my char-grilled chicken sandwich is very small. Not an adult sized portion at all. Secondly, I ordered a chicken wrap and I clearly received something else. I do not eat red meat so that went straight in the trash can. Not only did I waste time and money but I feel like this location really doesn’t care about customer service at all. Now I’m going to bed hungry because I’m too tired to go back out. Thanks 👍🏾

I remember when this place used to be something special. Last two times I went the food quality was so bad I could not eat it. The ONLY way I'd be willing to go back or at the least update my review is if MGMT reaches out. They said they would and they never did and I'm so disappointed. If y'all are hungry just go to taco bell or burger king down the street. This location is trash!

This is an UPDATE TO A YEAR ago. I ORDERED DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER. I AM STILL LOOKING FOR THE DOUBLE.
And POOR onionrings, looked Wet 😢. The poor bread covering was falling apart???

Driving to Charlotte and saw the sign for cook out. Was excited to get a burger,.I usually love this place. My bacon wrap had no wrap, just lettuce and bacon in aluminum foil. I have more toes and fingers than fries. Burger was nothing to brag about. More bun than beef. Disappointed ☹️😞 Crossing the road for a Wendy's burger.....

We go to cookout atleast twice a week. Wish I would of gotten the girls name in the drive through. Didn’t speak clearly at all and took forever to put in a simple order. Then when I asked after she told me to hold on several times if she got my last add on, she gets a huge attitude and tells me to just go ahead and pull up. I was going to add one more thing but couldn’t because she wouldn’t answer. Proceeded to pull up to the window and told her I couldn’t hardly hear what she was saying. No response. Then said their is no reason to get an attitude and again no response. Would not say one word at the window. Terrible customer service if you ask me. Never once did I get an attitude with her.

Always friendly and fast! I have long loved Cook Out...one of the few "fast food" places I like going to. This one has never let me down!

I just moved to this area a few months ago, and this is definitely one of my favorite places!!! I've been here a couple times, and while I do admit that it's very hard to hard to hear when ordering the food, it's been so worth it!! Whenever I go to this location, it's ALWAYS busy but quick!!!

eh. orders usually correct and fast. food is middle quality., but low priced, so that's cool. i enjoy being able to get a corndog with my burger if i'm feeling extra marshmallowy that day.
