I remember when this place used to be something special. Last two times I went the food quality was so bad I could not eat it. The ONLY way I'd be willing to go back or at the least update my review is if MGMT reaches out. They said they would and they never did and I'm so disappointed. If y'all are

Driving to Charlotte and saw the sign for cook out. Was excited to get a burger,.I usually love this place. My bacon wrap had no wrap, just lettuce and bacon in aluminum foil. I just moved to this area a few months ago, and this is definitely one of my favorite places!!! I've been here a couple times, and while I do admit that it's very hard to hard to hear when ordering the food, it's been so worth it!! Whenever I go to this location, it's ALWAYS busy but quick!!!
eh. orders usually correct and fast. food is middle quality., but low priced, so that's cool. i enjoy being able to get a corndog with my burger if i'm feeling extra marshmallowy that day.
