Came at lunch time on a Saturday. It was steady already and just got busier from there on. Would of liked to have more deep dish buffalo chicken as my wife got some when it came out but it was gone by the time I when back up. Never to return. I should have asked but I didn't. They need to have more forks for guests. Didn't see any Parmesan cheese either. Tables did get cleaned as soon as people left. Price is now $7.99 for the buffet and drinks are around $2.29.

Just wanted to express the satisfaction at this location. I believe the manager (forgive me if I am mistaken with his title) Khary did a tremendous job. It was somewhat busy, but he was able to multi-task by getting everything done. This included taking my order, bringing it to my table, picking up the dirty dishes, etc. All while being kind. That's the kind of customer service I appreciate. So thank you.

This location has been here since I was a kid! Just recently visited again and was still good! The game room needs a little work but other than that was once again another great atmosphere and good pizza! Love the buffet

It's not a bad place to get all you can eat pizza, they do also have a small salad bar, and about three options of brownies and pies for dessert, the arcade room isn't bad, but sometimes there a machines down, the claw machines vary from being easy too hard, I wish they was a little easier cause my kids love to play them, they are 5 and 6, and just like every parent you enjoy seeing your kids smile and happy cause they won. But anyways now I'm ranting, overall it's not too bad of a place to take the family and sit down to eat.

We waited for more than 5 minutes in line waiting for an employee to help. We decided to leave since there was a large family before and another after. The restaurant was understaffed and we knew we wouldn't be able to enjoy our meal with so many customers at the time and not enough employees.

This place has really gone down hill. The tea was empty the whole time even after telling staff. There was barely any pizza on the bar, the pasta sauce was cold, and the salad bar was just awful. A staff member behind the counter was talking to a coworker and said that the same piece of pizza had been sitting on the bar for close to six hours.

As much pizza as you can eat for a good price. Staff was friendly and helpful. Dessert is always good too. The girl that was working, I think her name was Hunter?, she was really friendly and made me feel really welcome!

uhm if you want chickenless “saucy” wings, that ARE NOT saucy, closer to being plain, and get the options of ready to eat pizza of only cheese and pepperoni, and want staff to drop a huge tray of dirty food filled plates right by your table and cover your foot with salad dressing and the poor guy and his daughter in the table next to us head to toe and have the staff walk away without apologizing or even making eye contact to show you were sorry, this is your place to go! accidents happen understandably and that’s okay! but not when you don’t apologize, i’m from NY and on vacay and went to cicis in another location last week, which was phenomenal, i said let’s go before we go back to NY cause i loved it so much, and this location was DISGUSTING. -7/10 stars if i could.
