Only the drive thru is opened, the menu board is so dirty you can’t read it, the entire parking lot needs to be redone and that smell while placing your order makes you not want to order. I asked for fried okra and got burnt okra and I have the picture! People only come for the paycheck now, no one cares about presentation or others anymore!

Outside drive through was dirty and smelled like sewage. The order was not correct, the chicken was too greasy, and the fries were dry and old. Now I understand why some people would want to go back and throw the food back to the servers. Not ever going back there. I will be taking my chicken orders to Zestos for now on.

Drive through speaker was hard to hear, but they were very kind in fixing our order when it didn’t come out as we ordered.
They could use a parking lot revamp. If you have a car lower to the ground you might want avoid the drive through

Soooo... I went to the drive-thru, and the speaker didn't even work. A sign on the menu says to order at the window...on a Sunday. 20 minutes later, I finally got to the window and order, and the employees were on their phone and laughing and playing around. Then, the phone falls into the gravy! Then I hear one of the girls say, "What are y'all doing here? It's Sunday. Go home and cook." Then they inform me there's no macaroni. I ask for fries. He says they don't have enough fries to fill the order. So I end up with mashed potatoes... No gravy, of course. I've never had a good experience at this location. Idk who they paid to post all of those good comments, but they need to close this location or at least hit the reset button.

Worst business ever. Shut it down. How you don’t have a cook or the food I ordered but take my money & have an attitude about it. There’s no pickup service out front, you gotta wait in drive thru. Plus they don’t answer on the speaker box nor answer the phone. I called 10 times before an answer on my pick up order smh.

They did have chicken, however they didn't have any sides. The drive thru was dark and gloomy. Their add says they close at 10p but they were closing at 9. Nevertheless, the chicken was hot and good

Chicken ALWAYS good here it's just almost always packed!! Drive through and inside as well. I must say food always meet my expectations every time. A lil opinion... They need to upgrade!! Bigger parking lot, bigger building would be crucial. Judging from the constant clientele when passing through on my daily route. That's why I gave it four stars not five. Only due to the fact I feel like they don't have enough staff and enough space.

I visit the store on yesterday and the girl who didn't take my order complained about how much chicken was being ordered. How we were taking all their chicken. As a customer and to hear that come from her mouth gave me a bad taste. Stop being so ghetto and learn customer service skills.

I visited the drive-thru at 2:15 this afternoon and had the most personable and cheerful cashiers take my order, take the payment, and present the food. Because of this young lady (the receipt says the server was Maxine S), I will definitely be visiting this location more frequently.
